nonne melius est comedere et bibere et ostendere animae suae bona de laboribus suis et hoc de manu dei es
there is nothing better for a man, than that he should eat and drink, and that he should make his soul enjoy good in his labour. this also i saw, that it was from the hand of god.

et ecce gaudium et laetitia occidere vitulos et iugulare arietes comedere carnes et bibere vinum comedamus et bibamus cras enim moriemu
and behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: let us eat and drink; for to morrow we shall die.
