a fenti 105 személyt érintő cselekmények vonatkozásában az ügyészség indítványozta, hogy a bíróság a vádlottakat a be. 331. § (1) bekezdése alapján - a be. 6. § (3) bekezdés b.) pontjára figyelemmel (mivel nem állapítható meg, hogy a terhükre rótt ezen bűncselekményeket elkövették volna) mentse fel az ellenük 105 rendbeli a btk. 318. § (1) bekezdésébe ütköző és a (2) bekezdés c.) pontjára figyelemmel a (4) bekezdés b.) pontja szerint minősülő társtettesként elkövetett csalás bűntette miatt emelt vád alól.
as regards the conducts concerning the 105 persons above, the public prosecutor's office proposed that the court dismiss the defendants of the charge of felony of 105 accounts of fraud, committed as co-perpetrators, violating subsection (1) of section 318 and qualifying, on the basis of paragraph c) of subsection (2), under paragraph b) of subsection (4) of section 318 of the criminal code, on the basis of paragraph b) of subsection (3) of section 6 of the criminal proceedings act (as it could not be established that they committed these crimes which they were charged with).
