pe data de 8 noiembrie 2002 parlamentul republicii moldova a adoptat o nouă lege cu privire la notariat.
on 8 november 2002, the parliament of the republic of moldova adopted a new law on notaries.

sa prezinte acordul ambilor parinti (sau al parintelui care nu ii insoteste), legalizat la notariat;

cele cu ochi mari şi cu priviri neprihănite vor sta lângă ei,

Întrucît unul din argumentele-cheie în procesul de promovare legislativă a noii legi cu privire la notariat l-a constituit preţul excesiv al serviciilor notariale, mai jos ne vom referi la mărimea acestuia, în conformitate cu legea din 2002.
