na wakitubia wakatengenea basi waacheni.
and if they repent (promise allah that they will never repeat, i.e. commit illegal sexual intercourse and other similar sins) and do righteous good deeds, leave them alone.

na wawili kati yenu wafanyao hayo waadhibuni. na wakitubia wakatengenea basi waacheni.
if two (men) among you are guilty of such acts then punish both of them.

na wakitubia wakatengenea basi waacheni. hakika mwenyezi mungu ni mwingi wa kupokea toba, mwenye kurehemu.
and as for the two who are guilty of indecency from among you, give them both a punishment; then if they repent and amend, turn aside from them; surely allah is oft-returning (to mercy), the merciful.

isipo kuwa wale walio tubu baada ya hayo na wakatengenea; kwani mwenyezi mungu ni mwenye kusamehe na mwenye kurehemu.
but those who repent and mend their ways shall be excepted for indeed allah is forgiving, all-compassionate.

watakapo kufikieni mitume miongoni mwenu wakakuelezeni ishara zangu, basi watakao mchamngu na wakatengenea haitakuwa khofu kwao, wala hawatahuzunika.
if messengers come to you from among yourselves, reciting my revelations to you, then those that take warning and mend their ways, on such shall come no fear nor shall they grieve.

isipo kuwa wale walio tubu baada ya hayo na wakatengenea; kwani bila ya shaka mwenyezi mungu ni msamehevu, mwenye kurehemu.
except for those who repent afterwards, and reform; for god is forgiving and merciful.

hakika walio sema: mola wetu mlezi ni mwenyezi mungu; kisha wakatengenea, hawatakuwa na khofu, wala hawatahuzunika.
indeed those who said, “allah is our lord”, and then remained steadfast – upon them is neither any fear nor shall they grieve.

enyi wanaadamu! watakapo kufikieni mitume miongoni mwenu wakakuelezeni ishara zangu, basi watakao mchamngu na wakatengenea haitakuwa khofu kwao, wala hawatahuzunika.
children of adam, when messengers from among your own people come to you to preach my revelations, those who choose piety and reform themselves will have nothing to fear nor will they be grieved.
