Če v tridesetih dneh od posredovanja zadeve stabilizacijsko-pridružitvenemu svetu pogodbenici ne skleneta dogovora, lahko pogodbenica izvoznica uporabi ukrepe iz tega člena v zvezi z izvozom zadevnega proizvoda.
if no agreement is reached within 30 days of the matter being referred to the stabilisation and association council, the exporting party may apply measures under this article on the exportation of the product concerned.

protokol k stabilizacijsko-pridružitvenemu sporazumu med evropskima skupnostma in njunimi državami članicami na eni strani ter republiko hrvaško na drugi strani zaradi upoštevanja pristopa republike bolgarije in romunije k evropski uniji se odobri v imenu evropske skupnosti, evropske skupnosti za atomsko energijo in držav članic.
the protocol to the stabilisation and association agreement between the european communities and their member states, of the one part, and the republic of croatia, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the republic of bulgaria and romania to the european union is hereby approved on behalf of the european community, the european atomic energy community and the member states.

(1) the protocol to the stabilisation and association agreement between the european communities and their member states, of the one part, and the republic of croatia, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the republic of bulgaria and romania to the european union, has been signed on behalf of the community on 15 july 2008 in accordance with council decision 2008/800/ec [2].
