in fact, in history, many revolutionary movements were inspired by the mother. think of the medieval women mystics, the courtly ladies, the worship of the (black) madonna, the grail knights e.g. the knights templar, the cistercienzer monks, the knights of the german order, followed by many others; the tang dynasty and the "wusheng lao mu" movement in china (around 1500 ce), the ajanta/ellora emancipation in india and the "jay mata di! ("the mother will be victorious") rebellion of bengal; romanticism (j.w. goethe) and the twenties in europe; the liberation movements in latin america and recently the madonna (virgen de guadalupe) as the protectress of the hispanic immigrants in the usa; rebellious priests like balasurya of sri lanka, who's dissident work is based on inspiration by the virgin mary, yes, even world wars were fought "in the name of the mother"....in fact, countless initiatives, small and big often have been inspired by "the eternal feminine".
die tatsache ist, daß in der geschichte viele revolutionäre bewegungen von der mutter inspiriert waren. denke an den mystikerinnen im mittelalter, den höfischen damen, der (schwarze) madonnaverehrung, den gralrittern bzw den templern, den zisterzienzer mönchen, den deutschorden rittern, gefolgt von vielen anderen; der tang-dynastie und den "wusheng lao mu" bewegung in china (rund 1500 ce), der ajanta/ellora emanzipation in indien und "jay mata di! ("die mutter wird siegen") rebellion in bengal; der romantik (j.w.goethe) und den zwanziger jahren in europa, den befreiungsbewegungen in latein amerika und vor kurzem die madonna (virgen de guadalupe) als die schirmherrin der hispanischen immigranten in den usa; rebellierenden priestern wie balasurya aus sri lanka, dessen dissidente arbeit sich auf inspiration der jungfrau maria stützt, ja, sogar weltkriege wurden "im namen der mutter" ausgefochten..... tatsächlich, unzählige initiativen, klein und groß, sind oft inspiriert worden vom "ewig-weiblichen".
