and [ recall ] when you slew a man and disputed over it , but allah was to bring out that which you were concealing .
আর স ্ মরণ করো ! তোমরা একজনকে কাতল করতে যাচ ্ ছিলে , তারপর তোমরা এ ব ্ যাপারে দোষাদোষি করছিলে । আর আল ্ লাহ ্ প ্ রকাশ করছিলেন যা তোমরা লুকোতে চাইছিলে ।

but they have entered with disbelief [ in their hearts ] , and they have certainly left with it . and allah is most knowing of what they were concealing .
আর যখন তারা তোমাদের কাছে আসে তারা বলে -- ' আমরা ঈমান এনেছি ’ , কিন ্ তু আসলে তারা ভরতি হয়েছিল অবিশ ্ বাস নিয়ে আর এখন বেরিয়েও গেছে তাতেই । আর আল ্ লাহ ্ ভালো জানেন কি তারা লুকোচ ্ ছে ।

allah knows well those of you who steal away , concealing themselves behind others . let those who disobey the order of the messenger beware lest they should be involved in some affliction , or are visited by a woeful scourge .
তোমাদের মধ ্ যে রসূলের আহ ্ বানকে তোমরা তোমাদের মধ ্ যের একে অন ্ যে আহ ্ বানের মতো গণ ্ য করো না । আল ্ লাহ ্ অবশ ্ যই তাদের জানেন তোমাদের মধ ্ যের যারা চুপি চুপি সরে পড়ে , সেজন ্ য যারা তাঁর আদেশের বিরুদ ্ ধে যায় তারা সাবধান হোক পাছে কোনো বিপর ্ যয় তাদের উপরে পতিত হয় , অথবা কোনো মর ্ মন ্ তদ শাস ্ তি তাদের উপরে আপতিত হয় ।

people of the book , now there has come to you our messenger , making clear to you many things you have been concealing of the book , and effacing many things . there has come to you from god a light , and a book manifest
হে আহলে-কিতাবগণ ! তোমাদের কাছে আমার রাসূল আগমন করেছেন ! কিতাবের যেসব বিষয় তোমরা গোপন করতে , তিনি তার মধ ্ য থেকে অনেক বিষয় প ্ রকাশ করেন এবং অনেক বিষয় মার ্ জনা করেন । তোমাদের কাছে একটি উজ ্ জল জ ্ যোতি এসেছে এবং একটি সমুজ ্ জল গ ্ রন ্ থ ।

nay , it has become manifest to them what they had been concealing before . but if they were returned ( to the world ) , they would certainly revert to that which they were forbidden .
