did you suppose that we created you aimlessly , and that you will not be brought back to us ? ’
''তোমরা কি তবে মনে করেছিলে যে আমরা তোমাদের অনর্থক সৃষ্টি করেছি, এবং আমাদের কাছে তোমাদের ফিরিয়ে আনা হবে না?’’

did you suppose that you would enter paradise without allah knowing those of you who struggled and who were patient ?
তোমরা কি বিবেচনা করছো যে তোমরা বেহেশতে প ্ রবেশ করবে , অথচ আল ্ লাহ ্ এখনো অবধারণ করেন নি তোমাদের মধ ্ যে কারা সংগ ্ রাম করেছে , আর যাচাই করেন নি কারা ধৈর ্ যশীল ?

do the evil-doers suppose that they will get the better of us ? how evil is their judgement !
আথবা , যারা পাপাচার করে তারা কি ভাবে যে তারা আমাদের এড়িয়ে যেতে পারবে ? তারা যা সিদ ্ ধান ্ ত করে তা কত মন ্ দ !

so let's suppose for a moment that the doll is in fact saying "islam is the light."
ধরুন কিছু সময়ের জন্য যে পুতুলটা সত্যি সত্যি বলছে "ইসলাম ইজ দ্যা লাইট"।

and indeed they supposed , even as ye suppose , that allah would not raise anyone ( from the dead ) -
''আর এই যে তারা ভেবেছিল যেমন তোমরা ভাবছো যে আল্লাহ্ কাউকেও পুনরুত্থিত করবেন না,

suppose you have to speak with the most powerful ruler of the world as a representative of god's people. how would you feel then?
ধরুন, আপনাকে ঈশ্বরের লোকেদের একজন প্রতিনিধি হিসেবে পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে ক্ষমতাবান শাসকের সঙ্গে কথা বলতে হবে। তখন আপনার কেমন লাগবে?

do you suppose that most of them listen or exercise their reason ? they are just like cattle ; indeed , they are further astray from the way .
অথবা তুমি কি মনে কর যে তাদের অধিকাংশই শোনে অথবা বোঝে ? তারা তো গরু-ছাগলের মতো ছাড়া আর কিছু নয় , বরং তারা পথ থেকে অধিক পথভ ্ রষ ্ ট ।

and let not those who disbelieve suppose that they can outstrip ( allah 's purpose ) . lo ! they cannot escape .
আর কাফেররা যেন একা যা মনে না করে যে , তারা বেঁচে গেছে ; কখনও এরা আমাকে পরিশ ্ রান ্ ত করতে পারবে না ।

and let not the unbelievers suppose that the indulgence we grant them is better for them ; we grant them indulgence only that they may increase in sin ; and there awaits them a humbling chastisement .
আর যারা অবিশ ্ বাস পোষণ করে তারা যেন না ভাবে যে আমরা তাদের যে বিরাম দিয়েছি তা তাদের নিজেদের ভালোর জন ্ য । নিঃসন ্ দেহ আমরা তাদের অবকাশ দিই যেন তারা পাপের মাত ্ রা বাড়িয়ে তুলে , আর তাদের জন ্ য রয়েছে লাঞ ্ ছনাদায়ক শাস ্ তি ।

did you suppose that you would be left before allah has known those of you who fought and did not take a confidant other than allah , his messenger , and the believers ? allah is aware of what you do .
তোমরা কি মনে কর যে , তোমাদের ছেড়ে দেয়া হবে এমনি , যতক ্ ষণ না আল ্ লাহ জেনে নেবেন তোমাদের কে যুদ ্ ধ করেছে এবং কে আল ্ লাহ , তাঁর রসূল ও মুসলমানদের ব ্ যতীত অন ্ য কাউকে অন ্ তরঙ ্ গ বন ্ ধুরূপে গ ্ রহণ করা থেকে বিরত রয়েছে । আর তোমরা যা কর সে বিষয়ে আল ্ লাহ সবিশেষ অবহিত ।
