then came she and worshipped him, saying, lord, help me.
ထိုမိန်းမသည် ချဉ်းကပ်၍ပြပ်ဝပ်လျက် ကျွန်မကို ကယ်တော်မူပါသခင်ဟု လျှောက်ပြန်လျှင်၊

let thine hand help me; for i have chosen thy precepts.
ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဥပဒေသများကို နှစ်သက်ပါ သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ လက်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မစပါစေ သော။

help me, o lord my god: o save me according to thy mercy:
အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မစတော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင် ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။

some of you asked me- "from where & where will you go?"
မင်း​တို့​တွေ​ကတော့​မေး​ခဲ့​ပါ​တယ် "ဘယ်​က​နေ ဘယ်​ကို​သွား​မှာ​လဲ" ဆို​ပြီး​တော့။

be pleased, o lord, to deliver me: o lord, make haste to help me.
အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို နှုတ်ယူခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိတော်မူပါ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မစခြင်းငှါ အလျင်မမြန်ပြုတော်မူပါ။

the lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall i see my desire upon them that hate me.
ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ဘက်၌ မစတော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါ့ကို မုန်းသောသူတို့၌ ငါ့အလိုပြည့်စုံလိမ့်မည်။

for the lord god will help me; therefore shall i not be confounded: therefore have i set my face like a flint, and i know that i shall not be ashamed.
အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကို စောင့်မတော်မူ လိမ့်မည်။ ထို့ကြောင့်၊ ငါမရှုံးရသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်မျက်နှာ ကို မီးကျောက်ကဲ့သို့ ထားလျက်၊ ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းသို့ မရောက်ရဟု ငါသိ၏။

behold, the lord god will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.
ကြည့်ရှုလော့။ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့ကို စောင့်မတော်မူမည်။ အဘယ်သူသည် ငါ့ကို တရားရှုံးစေ မည်နည်း။ ထိုသို့သော သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် အဝတ်ကဲ့သို့ ဟောင်းနွမ်းခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ပိုးကိုက်စားခြင်း ကိုလည်း ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။

and he said, if the syrians be too strong for me, then thou shalt help me: but if the children of ammon be too strong for thee, then i will come and help thee.
ရှုရိလူတို့သည် ငါ့ကိုနိုင်လျှင် ငါအားကူရမည်။ အမ္မုန်အမျိုးသားတို့သည် သင့်ကိုနိုင်လျှင် သင့်အား ငါကူမည်။

but martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
မာသမူကား၊ လုပ်ကျွေးခြင်းအမှုများ၌ စိတ်ပူပန်ခြင်းရှိသဖြင့် အထံတော်သို့ချဉ်းကပ်၍၊ သခင်၊ အကျွန်မ၏ညီမသည်၊ ကျွန်မတယောက်တည်း လုပ်ကျွေးစေခြင်းငှါ ကျွန်မပစ်ထားသည်အရာကို လျစ်လျူသော စိတ်ရှိတော်မူသလော။ သူသည် ကျွန်မကို ကူညီမည့်အကြောင်း အမိန့်တော်မူပါဟု လျှောက်သော်၊

for he sacrificed unto the gods of damascus, which smote him: and he said, because the gods of the kings of syria help them, therefore will i sacrifice to them, that they may help me. but they were the ruin of him, and of all israel.
ငါ့ကိုဒဏ်ပေးသော ဒမာသက်မြို့၏ ဘုရား တို့ကို ငါဆည်းကပ်မည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ ရှုရိရှင်ဘုရင် ကိုးကွယ် သောဘုရားတို့သည် ကျေးဇူးပြုတတ်သောကြောင့်၊ ငါ၌လည်း ကျေးဇူးပြုစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ထိုဘုရားတို့အား ယဇ် ပူဇော်မည်ဟူ၍၎င်း ဆိုသော်လည်း၊ ထိုဘုရားတို့သည် အာခတ်မင်းနှင့် ဣသရေလအမျိုးအကျိုးနည်းစရာ အကြောင်း ဖြစ်သတည်း။

and david went out to meet them, and answered and said unto them, if ye be come peaceably unto me to help me, mine heart shall be knit unto you: but if ye be come to betray me to mine enemies, seeing there is no wrong in mine hands, the god of our fathers look thereon, and rebuke it.
ဒါဝိဒ်သည် ကြိုဆိုခြင်းငှါ ထွက်သွား၍၊ ငါ့ကို မစခြင်းငှါ မေတ္တာစိတ်နှင့်လာလျှင် ငါသဘောတူ၏။ သို့မဟုတ် ငါ့ကိုရန်သူလက်သို့ အပ်ခြင်းငှါ လာလျှင် ငါ၌ အပြစ်မရှိသောကြောင့်၊ ဘိုးဘေးတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ကြည့်ရှု၍ ဆုံးမတော်မူပါစေသောဟုဆိုသော်၊
