အလောင်းကို အဘယ်မှာထားကြသနည်းဟုမေးတော်မူလျှင်၊ သခင်ကြွ၍ ကြည့်တော်မူပါဟု လျှောက် ကြ၏။

then the jews sought him at the feast, and said, where is he?
ထိုပွဲ၌ယုဒလူတို့က၊ ယေရှုသည်အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်းဟု မေးမြန်းရှာဖွေကြ၏။

and he answered and said unto them, have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
ကိုယ်တော်က၊ အစအဦး၌ ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသောသူသည် ယောက်ျားနှင့်မိန်းမနှစ်ယောက်တည်းကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ၏။

and the king of egypt called for the midwives, and said unto them, why have ye done this thing, and have saved the men children alive?
အဲဂုတ္တုရှင်ဘုရင်သည်လည်း၊ ဝမ်းဆွဲမတို့ကို ခေါ်၍ သင်တို့သည် အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဤသို့ပြုသနည်း။ ယောက်ျားတို့ကိုအဘယ်ကြောင့် အသက်ချမ်းသာပေးသနည်းဟု မေးစစ်သော်၊

and said unto him, hearest thou what these say? and jesus saith unto them, yea; have ye never read, out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
ဤသူတို့သည် အဘယ်သို့ပြောဆိုသည်ကို ကြားသလောဟု ယေရှုအား မေးကြလေသော်၊ ငါကြား၏။ နို့စို့သူငယ်တို့ နှုတ်ထဲမှကိုယ်တော်သည် ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းကိုပြင်ဆင်တော်မူသည်ဟူသော စကားကို သင်တို့သည် တရံတခါမျှ မဘတ်ဘူးသလောဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

and he took the mantle of elijah that fell from him, and smote the waters, and said, where is the lord god of elijah? and when he also had smitten the waters, they parted hither and thither: and elisha went over.
ရေကို ဝတ်လုံနှင့် ရိုက်လျက်၊ ဧလိယ ကိုးကွယ် သော ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိတော်မူသနည်းဟူ၍ တဖန် ရိုက်သောအခါ၊ ရေသည် တဘက်တချက်ကွဲသဖြင့် ဧလိရှဲသည် ကူးသွား၏။
