and saying, lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
եւ ասում. «Տէ՛ր, ծառաս տանը անդամալոյծ ընկած է եւ չարաչար տանջւում է»:

and another also said, lord, i will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.
Մէկ ուրիշն էլ ասաց. «Քո յետեւից կը գամ, Տէ՛ր, բայց նախ թո՛յլ տուր ինձ, որ հրաժեշտ տամ իմ տանը»:

for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
որովհետեւ այդ ժամանակ մեծ նեղութիւն պիտի լինի, որպիսին չի եղել աշխարհի արարչագործութեան սկզբից մինչեւ այժմ եւ այլեւս չի էլ լինի:

for in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which god created unto this time, neither shall be.
Այդ օրերը պիտի լինեն օրեր այնպիսի նեղութիւնների, որոնց նմանը չի եղել երբեք արարչագործութեան սկզբից մինչեւ այժմ եւ չի էլ լինի:

behold, to morrow about this time i will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in egypt since the foundation thereof even until now.
Ես, ահա, վաղն իսկ, հէնց այս ժամին այնպիսի սաստիկ կարկուտ տեղացնեմ, որպիսին դեռեւս չի եղել Եգիպտոսում իր գոյութեան օրուանից մինչեւ այսօր:

ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?
Կեղծաւորնե՛ր, երկնքի եւ երկրի երեւոյթները քննել գիտէք, իսկ այս ներկայ ժամանակը ինչպէ՞ս չէք քննում:

and it came to pass about this time, that joseph went into the house to do his business; and there was none of the men of the house there within.
Այնպէս պատահեց, որ մի օր Յովսէփը իր ինչ-որ գործով տուն մտաւ: Ընտանիքի անդամներից ոչ ոք չկար տանը:

but he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
այս ժամանակի մէջ հարիւրապատիկը չստանայ՝ տներ եւ եղբայրներ եւ քոյրեր եւ մայրեր եւ որդիներ եւ ագարակներ՝ հալածանքներ կրելով հանդերձ, եւ այն աշխարհում, որ գալու է՝ յաւիտենական կեանք:

and she conceived again, and bare a son; and said, now this time will my husband be joined unto me, because i have born him three sons: therefore was his name called levi.
Նա նորից յղիացաւ, ծնեց որդի եւ ասաց. «Այլեւս իմ կողքին կը լինի իմ ամուսինը, որովհետեւ նրա համար երեք որդի ծնեցի»: Դրա համար էլ նրան կոչեց Ղեւի:
