Քետի որդիների ներկայութեամբ, որոնք մտնում էին քաղաքի դարպասով:

Եմորն ու իր որդի Սիւքեմը եկան իրենց քաղաքի դարպասի մօտ եւ, դիմելով իրենց քաղաքի տղամարդկանց, ասացին նրանց.

and unto hamor and unto shechem his son hearkened all that went out of the gate of his city; and every male was circumcised, all that went out of the gate of his city.
Եմորի ու նրա որդի Սիւքեմի հետ համաձայնեցին բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր անցնում էին իրենց քաղաքի դարպասով, եւ թլփատուեցին բոլոր տղամարդիկ, ովքեր անցնում էին այդ քաղաքի դարպասով:

and he was afraid, and said, how dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of god, and this is the gate of heaven.
Նա վախեցաւ եւ ասաց. «Սարսռազդեցիկ է այս վայրը, եւ սա այլ բան չէ, եթէ ոչ Աստծու տունը, իսկ սա էլ երկնքի դուռն է»:

and ephron dwelt among the children of heth: and ephron the hittite answered abraham in the audience of the children of heth, even of all that went in at the gate of his city, saying,
Եփրոնը քետացիների հետ նստած էր ժողովատեղում: Եփրոն քետացին պատասխան տուեց Աբրահամին եւ ի լուր Քետի որդիների ու բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր մտնում էին նրա քաղաքի դարպասով,

now when he came nigh to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow: and much people of the city was with her.
Երբ քաղաքի դարպասին մօտեցաւ, ահա դուրս էր բերւում մի մեռել, միակ որդին իր մօր, որ մի այրի կին էր. եւ քաղաքից բազում ժողովուրդ նրա հետ էր:

and for the gate of the court shall be an hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needlework: and their pillars shall be four, and their sockets four.
Բակի դռան վարագոյրի բարձրութիւնը թող լինի քսան կանգուն: Կապոյտ, ծիրանի ու կարմիր կտաւից եւ նրբահիւս բեհեզից պատրաստուած թող լինի այն՝ նկարագեղ ասեղնագործութեամբ: Դրանց մոյթերը թող լինեն չորս հատ, խարիսխներն էլ՝ չորս հատ:
