Եւ հրեայ առաջնորդների վախի պատճառով ոչ ոք նրա մասին համարձակ չէր խօսում:

ի զուր են ինձ պաշտում. ուսուցանում են վարդապետութիւններ, որ մարդկանց պատուիրածներն են»:

Բայց Յիսուս նրա մահուան մասին էր ասում, մինչդեռ նրանց այնպէս թուաց, թէ նա քնով ննջելու մասին է խօսում:

Սակայն Տիբերիայից ուրիշ նաւակներ էլ գալիս էին մօտ այն տեղին, ուր հացն էին կերել:

howbeit jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.
Բայց Յիսուս նրան թոյլ չտուեց, այլ ասաց. «Գնա՛ քո տունը հարազատներիդ մօտ եւ պատմի՛ր նրանց այն ամէնը, ինչ Տէրը քեզ արեց եւ թէ ինչպէս խղճաց քեզ»:

howbeit when he, the spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
Երբ որ գայ նա՝ Ճշմարտութեան Հոգին, ամենայն ճշմարտութեամբ կ՚առաջնորդի ձեզ. որովհետեւ ոչ թէ ինքն իրենից կը խօսի, այլ ինչ լսի, այն կը խօսի. եւ գալիք բաների մասին կը պատմի ձեզ:
