all glory belongs to the one in whose hands is the control of all things . to him you will all return .
ያ የነገሩ ሁሉ ስልጣን በእጁ የኾነው ጌታ ጥራት ይገባው ፡ ፡ ወደእርሱም ትመለሳላችሁ ፡ ፡

to him belongs absolute control of the heavens and the earth . he spreads the bounties to whomever he wills , or reduces it .
የሰማያትና የምድር ( ድልቦች ) መከፈቻዎች የእርሱ ናቸው ፡ ፡ ሲሳይን ለሚሻው ሰው ያሰፋል ፤ ያጠባልም ፡ ፡ እርሱ ነገሩን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነውና ፡ ፡

a similitude of those who disbelieve in their lord : their works are as ashes which the wind bloweth hard upon a stormy day . they have no control of aught that they have earned .
የእነዚያ በጌታቸው የካዱት ሰዎች ምሳሌ ( መልካም ) ሥራዎቻቸው በነፋሻ ቀን ነፋስ በርሱ እንደ በረታችበት አመድ ነው ፡ ፡ በሠሩት ሥራ በምንም ላይ ( ሊጠቀሙ ) አይችሉም ፡ ፡ ይህ እርሱ ሩቅ ጥፋት ነው ፡ ፡

yet have they taken , besides him , gods that can create nothing but are themselves created ; that have no control of hurt or good to themselves ; nor can they control death nor life nor resurrection .
( ከሓዲዎች ) ከእርሱም ሌላ ምንንም የማይፈጥሩን ፣ እነርሱም የሚፈጠሩን ፣ ለነፍሶቻቸውም ጉዳትን ለመከላከል ጥቅምንም ለማምጣት የማይችሉን ሞትንና ሕይወትንም መቀስቀስንም የማይችሉን ፣ አማልክት ያዙ ፡ ፡

and from them , the booty which allah gave to his noble messenger – so you had not raced your horses or camels against them , but it is allah who gives whomever he wills within the control of his noble messengers ; and allah is able to do all things .
