but you will come to know soon ; --
ተከልከሉ ፤ ወደፊት ( ውጤቱን ) ታውቃላችሁ ፡ ፡

call me when you come
ስትመጣ ደውልልኝ

my verses were recited to you , but you turned back on your heels .
አንቀጾቹ በእናንተ ላይ በእርግጥ ይነበቡላችሁ ነበር ፡ ፡ በተረከዞቻችሁም ላይ ወደ ኋላችሁ ትመለሱ ነበራችሁ ፡ ፡

my communications were indeed recited to you , but you used to turn back on your heels ,
አንቀጾቹ በእናንተ ላይ በእርግጥ ይነበቡላችሁ ነበር ፡ ፡ በተረከዞቻችሁም ላይ ወደ ኋላችሁ ትመለሱ ነበራችሁ ፡ ፡

" but , o moses , what has made you come in haste from your people ? "
« ሙሳ ሆይ ! ከሕዝቦችህ ምን አስቸኮለህም » ( ተባለ ) ፡ ፡

what , do you come to male beings ,
« ከዓለማት ሰዎች ወንዶችን ትመጣላችሁን

do not run , but come back to your luxuries , and to your homes , that you may be questioned .
አትገሥግሡ ፤ ትለመኑም ይኾናልና ፡ ፡ በእርሱ ወደ ተቀማጠላችሁበት ጸጋ ወደ መኖሪያዎቻችሁም ተመለሱ ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡

' moses , why have you come with such haste from your nation '
« ሙሳ ሆይ ! ከሕዝቦችህ ምን አስቸኮለህም » ( ተባለ ) ፡ ፡

our revelations had certainly been recited to you , but you turned your backs to them
አንቀጾቹ በእናንተ ላይ በእርግጥ ይነበቡላችሁ ነበር ፡ ፡ በተረከዞቻችሁም ላይ ወደ ኋላችሁ ትመለሱ ነበራችሁ ፡ ፡

deaf , dumb , and blind , they will not come back .
( እነሱ ) ደንቆሮዎች ፣ ዲዳዎች ፣ ዕውሮች ናቸው ፤ ስለዚህ እነርሱ አይመለሱም ፡ ፡

even as your lord brought you out of your home with the truth , some believers were reluctant .
( ይህ በዘረፋ ክፍያ የከፊሉ ሰው መጥላት ) ከምእምናን ከፊሉ የጠሉ ሲኾኑ ጌታህ ከቤትህ በእውነት ላይ ኾነህ እንዳወጣህ ነው ፡ ፡

but if you do not bring him with you , then i shall have no grain for you , nor should you come back to me . "
እርሱንም ባታመጡልኝ እኔ ዘንድ ለእናንተ ስፍር የላችሁም ፤ አትቀርቡኝምም ፡ ፡ »

he said : " have you come to us to drive us out of our land by your sorcery ?
« ከምድራችን በድግምትህ ልታወጣን መጣህብን ሙሳ ሆይ ! » አለ ፡ ፡

as your lord brought you out from your home with a just cause , a part of the faithful were indeed reluctant .
( ይህ በዘረፋ ክፍያ የከፊሉ ሰው መጥላት ) ከምእምናን ከፊሉ የጠሉ ሲኾኑ ጌታህ ከቤትህ በእውነት ላይ ኾነህ እንዳወጣህ ነው ፡ ፡

it is like when your lord caused you to leave your home with the truth , though some of the believers disliked it .
( ይህ በዘረፋ ክፍያ የከፊሉ ሰው መጥላት ) ከምእምናን ከፊሉ የጠሉ ሲኾኑ ጌታህ ከቤትህ በእውነት ላይ ኾነህ እንዳወጣህ ነው ፡ ፡

certainly we have destroyed the towns that were around you , and we have variously paraphrased the signs so that they may come back .
ከከተሞችም እነዚያን በአካባቢያችሁ የነበሩትን በእርግጥ አጠፋን ( ከክሕደታቸው ) ይመለሱም ዘንድ አስረጂዎችን መላለስን ፡ ፡

" come back to your lord , well-pleased ( yourself ) and well-pleasing unto him !
« ወዳጅ ተወዳጅ ኾነሽ ወደ ጌታሽ ተመለሺ ፡ ፡

and said : " have you come to us , o moses , to drive us out of our land with your witchery ?
« ከምድራችን በድግምትህ ልታወጣን መጣህብን ሙሳ ሆይ ! » አለ ፡ ፡
