o you who are clothed !
አንተ ( ልብስህን ) ደራቢው ሆይ !

if so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
ከሰማይም የሚሆነውን መኖሪያችንን እንድንለብስ እንናፍቃለንና ለብሰን ራቁታችንን አንገኝም።

clothed in fine silk and rich brocade , sitting face to face with one another .
ፊት ለፊት የተቅጣጩ ኾነው ከስስ ሐርና ከወፍራም ሐር ይለብሳሉ ፡ ፡

when saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
እንግዳ ሆነህስ አይተን መቼ ተቀበልንህ? ወይስ ታርዘህ አይተን መቼ አለበስንህ?

and they clothed him with purple, and platted a crown of thorns, and put it about his head,
ቀይ ልብስም አለበሱት፥ የእሾህ አክሊልም ጎንጉነው ደፉበት፤

and the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
በሰማይም ያሉት ጭፍራዎች ነጭና ጥሩ ቀጭን የተልባ እግር ልብስ ለብሰው በአምባላዮች ፈረሶች ተቀምጠው ይከተሉት ነበር።

there was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
ቀይ ልብስና ቀጭን የተልባ እግር የለበሰ አንድ ባለ ጠጋ ሰው ነበረ፥ ዕለት ዕለትም እየተመቸው በደስታ ይኖር ነበር።

and in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
በመቅረዞቹም መካከል የሰው ልጅ የሚመስለውን አየሁ፥ እርሱም እስከ እግሩ ድረስ ልብስ የለበሰው ደረቱንም በወርቅ መታጠቂያ የታጠቀ ነበር።

they will be admitted to the gardens of eden wherein streams flow . they will rest on soft couches , decked with bracelets of gold and clothed in green silk garments and shining brocade .
እነዚያ ለእነሱ የመኖሪያ ገነቶች ከሥሮቻቸው ወንዞች የሚፈሱባቸው አሏቸው ፡ ፡ በእርሷ ውስጥ ከወርቅ የኾኑን አንባሮች ይሸለማሉ ፡ ፡ ከቀጭን ሐርና ከወፍራም ሐርም አረንጓዴን ልብሶች ይለብሳሉ ፡ ፡ በውስጧ በባለ አጎበር አልጋዎች ላይ የተደገፉ ኾነው ( ይቀመጣሉ ) ፡ ፡ ምንዳቸው ምን ያምር ! መደገፊያይቱም ምንኛ አማረች !

and the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
ሰባቱንም መቅሠፍት የያዙ ሰባቱ መላእክት ከመቅደሱ ወጡ፤ ከተልባ እግርም የተሠራ ጥሩ የጌጥ ልብስ ለበሱ ደረታቸውንም በወርቅ መታጠቂያ ታጠቁ።

and there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
ታላቅ ምልክትም በሰማይ ታየ ፀሐይን ተጐናጽፋ ጨረቃ ከእግሮችዋ በታች ያላት በራስዋም ላይ የአሥራ ሁለት ከዋክብት አክሊል የሆነላት አንዲት ሴት ነበረች።

therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat? or, what shall we drink? or, wherewithal shall we be clothed?
እንግዲህ። ምን እንበላለን? ምንስ እንጠጣለን? ምንስ እንለብሳለን? ብላችሁ አትጨነቁ፤

and i saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
ሌላም ብርቱ መልአክ ደመና ተጐናጽፎ ከሰማይ ሲወርድ አየሁ፤ በራሱም ላይ ቀስተ ደመና ነበረ፥ ፊቱም እንደ ፀሐይ እግሮቹም እንደ እሳት ዓምዶች ነበሩ፥

then we fashioned the sperm into an embryo , then fashioned the embryo into a shapeless lump of flesh ; then from the lump of flesh we fashioned bones , then clothed the bones with flesh . thus we formed him into a new creation .
ከዚያም ጠብታዋን ( በአርባ ቀን ) የረጋ ደም አድርገን ፈጠርን ፡ ፡ የረጋውንም ደም ቁራጭ ሥጋ አድርገን ፈጠርን ፡ ፡ ቁራጯንም ሥጋ አጥንቶች አድርገን ፈጠርን ፡ ፡ አጥንቶቹንም ሥጋን አለበስናቸው ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ( ነፍስን በመዝራት ) ሌላ ፍጥረትን አድርገን አስገኘነው ፡ ፡ ከሰዓሊዎችም ሁሉ በላጭ የሆነው አላህ ላቀ ፡ ፡

-thereafter we created the sperm a clot ; then we created the clot a lump of flesh ; then we created the lump of flesh bones ; then we clothed the bones with flesh : thereafter we brought him forth as anot her creature . blest then be allah , the best of creators !
ከዚያም ጠብታዋን ( በአርባ ቀን ) የረጋ ደም አድርገን ፈጠርን ፡ ፡ የረጋውንም ደም ቁራጭ ሥጋ አድርገን ፈጠርን ፡ ፡ ቁራጯንም ሥጋ አጥንቶች አድርገን ፈጠርን ፡ ፡ አጥንቶቹንም ሥጋን አለበስናቸው ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ( ነፍስን በመዝራት ) ሌላ ፍጥረትን አድርገን አስገኘነው ፡ ፡ ከሰዓሊዎችም ሁሉ በላጭ የሆነው አላህ ላቀ ፡ ፡
