they said : " surely you are deluded .
( እነሱም ) አሉ « አንተ በብዙ ከተደገመባቸው ሰዎች ብቻ ነህ ፡ ፡

they said : you are only of the deluded ones ;
( እነሱም ) አሉ « አንተ በብዙ ከተደገመባቸው ሰዎች ብቻ ነህ ፡ ፡

your companion has neither strayed nor is he deluded ;
ነቢያችሁ ( ሙሐመድ ) አልተሳሳተም ፤ አልጠመመምም ፡ ፡

deluded away from the qur 'an is he who is deluded .
ከርሱ የሚዝዞር ሰው ይዝዞራል ፡ ፡

o man ! what deluded you concerning your lord , the most generous ?
አንተ ሰው ሆይ ! በቸሩ ጌታህ ምን አታለለህ ?

thus are deluded those who are wont to reject the signs of allah .
እንደዚሁ እነዚያ በአላህ አንቀጾች ይክዱ የነበሩት ( ከእምነት ) ይመለሳሉ ፡ ፡

through which are deluded ( away from the truth ) such as would be deluded .
ከርሱ የሚዝዞር ሰው ይዝዞራል ፡ ፡

and the day the hour appears the criminals will swear they had remained but an hour . thus they were deluded .
ሰዓቲቱ በምትሆንበት ቀን ከሓዲዎች « ከአንዲት ሰዓት በስተቀር ( በመቃብር ) አልቆየንም » ብለው ይምላሉ ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ ( ከእውነት ) ይመለሱ ነበሩ ፡ ፡

none but the unbelievers dispute concerning the verses of allah . so do not be deluded by their going to and fro in the land .
በአላህ አንቀጾች እነዚያ የካዱት ቢኾኑ እንጅ ማንም ( በመዝለፍ ) አይከራከርም ፡ ፡ በያገሮችም ውስጥ መዘዋወራቸው አይሸንግልህ ፡ ፡

and on the day whereon the hour arriveth , the culprits will swear that they tarried not but an hour : thus were they ever deluded .
ሰዓቲቱ በምትሆንበት ቀን ከሓዲዎች « ከአንዲት ሰዓት በስተቀር ( በመቃብር ) አልቆየንም » ብለው ይምላሉ ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ ( ከእውነት ) ይመለሱ ነበሩ ፡ ፡

let not the deniers of the truth be deluded that they will gain any advantage . surely , they , can never overcome us !
እነዚያም የካዱት ከአላህ ቅጣት ያመለጡ መኾናቸውን አያስቡ ፡ ፡ እነሱ አያቅቱምና ፡ ፡

for it was he , who had deluded me to reject the admonition which had come to me . satan has proved very treacherous to man . "
( የእምነት ቃልን ) ከመጣልኝ በኋላ ከማስታወስ በእርግጥ አሳሳተኝ » ( ይላል ) ፡ ፡ ሰይጣንም ለሰው አጋላጭ ነው ፡ ፡

and if you asked them who created them , they would surely say , " allah . " so how are they deluded ?
ማን እንደፈጠራቸውም ብትጠይቃቸው « በእርግጥ አላህ ነው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ ታዲያ ( ከእምነት ) ወዴት ይዞራሉ ፡ ፡

is there any creator other than allah who provides for you from the heaven and earth ? there is no deity except him , so how are you deluded ?
እናንተ ሰዎች ሆይ ! በእናንተ ላይ ( ያለውን ) የአላህን ጸጋ አስታውሱ ፡ ፡ ከአላህ ሌላ ፈጣሪ አለን ? ከሰማይና ከምድርም ሲሳይን የሚሰጣችሁ አለን ? ከእርሱ በስተቀር አምላክ ( ሰጪም ) የለም ፡ ፡ ታዲያ ወዴት ትዞራላችሁ ፡ ፡

behold , the hypocrites seek to deceive allah , but it is they who are being deluded by him . when they rise to prayer , they rise reluctantly , and only to be seen by men .
መናፍቃን አላህን ያታልላሉ ፡ ፡ እርሱም አታላያቸው ነው ፡ ፡ ( ይቀጣቸዋል ) ፡ ፡ ወደ ሶላትም በቆሙ ጊዜ ታካቾች ስዎችን የሚያሳዩ ኾነው ይቆማሉ ፡ ፡ አላህንም ጥቂትን እንጅ አያወሱም ፡ ፡

if thou ask them , who created them , they will certainly say , allah : how then are they deluded away ( from the truth ) ?
ማን እንደፈጠራቸውም ብትጠይቃቸው « በእርግጥ አላህ ነው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ ታዲያ ( ከእምነት ) ወዴት ይዞራሉ ፡ ፡

is there a malady in their hearts , or they are deluded , or afraid that god and his prophet would be unjust in dealing with them ? not so ; they are themselves unjust .
በልቦቻቸው ውስጥ በሺታ አለን ወይስ ( በነቢይነቱ ) ተጠራጠሩን ወይስ አላህና መልክተኛው በእነሱ ላይ የሚበድሉ መኾንን ይፈራሉን ይልቁንም ፤ እነዚያ እነሱ በዳዮቹ ናቸው ፡ ፡

and do not turn your cheek [ in contempt ] toward people and do not walk through the earth exultantly . indeed , allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful .
« ጉንጭህንም ( በኩራት ) ከሰዎች አታዙር ፡ ፡ በምድርም ላይ ተንበጥርረህ አትሂድ ፡ ፡ አላህ ተንበጥራሪን ጉረኛን ሁሉ አይወድምና ፡ ፡

" o company of jinn and mankind , did there not come to you messengers from among you , relating to you my verses and warning you of the meeting of this day of yours ? " they will say , " we bear witness against ourselves " ; and the worldly life had deluded them , and they will bear witness against themselves that they were disbelievers .
የጋኔንና የሰዎች ጭፍሮች ሆይ ! ፡ - « አንቀጾቼን በእናንተ ላይ የሚተርኩ የዚህንም ቀናችሁን ( ቅጣት ) ማግኘትን የሚያስፈራሩዋችሁ ከእናንተው የኾኑ መልክተኞች አልመጧችሁምን » ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡ « በነፍሶቻችን ላይ መሰከርን ፤ ( መጥተውልናል ) » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ የቅርቢቱም ሕይወት አታለለቻቸው ፡ ፡ በነፍሶቻቸውም ላይ እነርሱ ከሓዲዎች የነበሩ መኾናቸውን መሰከሩ ፡ ፡
