“ you have come to us as we created you the first time . although you claimed we would not set a meeting for you . ”
የተሰለፉም ኾነው በጌታህ ላይ ይቀረባሉ ፡ ፡ ( ይባላሉም ) « በመጀመሪያ ጊዜ እንደ ፈጠርናችሁ ( ራቁታችሁን ) በእርግጥ መጣችሁን በእውነቱ ለእናንተ ( ለመቀስቀሻ ) ጊዜን አናደርግም መስሏችሁ ነበር ፡ ፡ »

we sent upon them a violent wind during a few ill-fated days to make them suffer a disgraceful torment in this life . their torment in the life to come will be even more disgraceful and they will not receive any help .
በቅርቢቱ ሕይወት የውርደትን ቅጣት ልናቀምሳቸውም በእነርሱ ላይ የሚንሻሻን ብርቱ ነፋስ መናጢዎች በኾኑ ቀናት ውስጥ ላክንባቸው ፡ ፡ የመጨረሻይቱም ( ዓለም ) ስቃይ በጣም አዋራጅ ነው ፡ ፡ እነርሱም አይረዱም ፡ ፡

during a dispute in the fire , the suppressed ones will say to those who had dominated them , " we were your followers . can you now relieve us of our suffering in the fire ? "
በእሳትም ውስጥ የሚከራከሩበትን ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ ደካማዎቹም ለእነዚያ ለኮሩት « እኛ ለእናንተ ተከታዮች ነበርንና እናንተ ( አሁን ) ከእሳት ከፊሉን ከእኛ ላይ ገፍታሪዎች ናችሁን ? » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

we will indeed bring sorcery similar to yours . appoint a meeting place between us and you , in a place which is agreeable to both which neither we nor you shall not fail ( to keep ) '
« መሰሉንም ድግምት እናመጣብሃለን ፡ ፡ በእኛና ባንተም መካከል እኛም አንተም የማንጥሰው የኾነ ቀጠሮን በመካከለኛ ስፍራ አድርግልን » አለ ፡ ፡

and those who look not for a meeting with us say : why are angels not sent down unto us and ( why ) do we not see our lord ! assuredly they think too highly of themselves and are scornful with great pride .
እነዚያም መገናኘታችንን የማይፈሩት በእኛ ላይ ለምን መላእክት አልወረደም ፡ ፡ ወይም ጌታችንን ለምን አናይም አሉ ፡ በነፍሶቻቸው ውስጥ በእርግጥ ኮሩ ፡ ፡ ታላቅንም አመጽ አመፁ ፡ ፡

" then verily , we can produce magic the like thereof ; so appoint a meeting between us and you , which neither we , nor you shall fail to keep , in an open wide place where both shall have a just and equal chance ( and beholders could witness the competition ) . "
