lol የእኔ ጣፋጭ

has not there come to you the story of musa ?
የሙሳ ወሬ መጣልህን ?

has not there come to you the story of the hosts ,
የሰራዊቶቹ ወሬ መጣልህን ?

certainly not ! there will be no place of refuge .
ይከልከል ፤ ምንም መጠጊያ የለም ፡ ፡

has not there come to you the news of the overwhelming calamity ?
የሸፋኝቱ ( ትንሣኤ ) ወሬ መጣህን ?

but we found not there any just ( muslim ) persons except in one house :
በውስጧም ከሙስሊሞች ከአንድ ቤት ( ቤተሰቦች ) በስተቀር አላገኘንም ፡ ፡

we know well what they say , and you are not there to compel them . so admonish by the quran those who fear my threat .
እኛ የሚሉትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነን ፡ ፡ አንተም በእነርሱ ላይ አስገዳጅ አይደለህም ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ ዛቻየን የሚፈራን ሰው በቁርኣን አስታውስ ፡ ፡

and had not there been a term appointed , the torment would surely have come unto them . and surely it shall come upon them of a sudden while they perceive not .
በቅጣትም ያስቸኩሉሃል ፡ ፡ የተወሰነም ጊዜ ባልነበረ ኖሮ ቅጣቱ በመጣባቸው ነበር ፡ ፡ እነርሱ የማያውቁ ሲኾኑም በድንገት በእርግጥ ይመጣባቸዋል ፡ ፡

and they say : wherefore bringeth he not unto us a sign from his lord ? hath not there came unto them the evidence of that which is in the former scriptures ?
« ከጌታውም በኾነ ተዓምር አይመጣንምን » አሉ በመጀመሪያዎቹ ጽሑፎች ውስጥ ያለችው ማስረጃ አልመጣቻቸውምን

but we found not there any household of the muslims except one [ i.e. lout ( lot ) and his two daughters ] .
በውስጧም ከሙስሊሞች ከአንድ ቤት ( ቤተሰቦች ) በስተቀር አላገኘንም ፡ ፡

this is news of the unknown that we send you , for you were not there when they cast lots with quills ( to determine ) who should take care of mary , nor when they disputed it .
ይኸ ወደ አንተ የምናወርደው የኾነ ከሩቅ ወሬዎች ነው ፡ ፡ መርየምንም ማን እንደሚያሳድግ ብርኦቻቸውን ( ለዕጣ ) በጣሉ ጊዜ እነሱ ዘንድ አልነበርክም ፡ ፡ በሚከራከሩም ጊዜ እነሱ ዘንድ አልነበርክም ፡ ፡

or , whereforeis not there cast down unto him a treasure or he has a garden whereof he may eat ! and the wrong-doeray : ye follow only a man bewitched .
« ወይም ወደእርሱ ድልብ አይጣልለትምን ወይም ከእርሷ የሚበላላት አትክልት ለእርሱ አትኖረውምን » ( አሉ ) ፡ ፡ በዳዮቹም ( ላመኑት ) « የተደገመበትን ሰው እንጂ ሌላ አትከተሉም » አሉ ፡ ፡

yet it is not for the faithful to go forth en masse . but why should not there a group from each of their sections go forth to become learned in religion , and to warn their people when they return to them , so that they may beware ?
ምእምናንም ( ከነቢዩ ጋር ካልኾነ ) በሙሉ ሊወጡ አይገባም ፡ ፡ ከእነሱ ውስጥ ከየክፍሉ አንዲት ጭፍራ ለምን አትወጣም ፡ ፡ ( ሌሎቹ ) ሃይማኖትን እንዲማሩና ወገኖቻቸው ወደነርሱ በተመለሱ ጊዜ እንዲጠነቀቁ ይገስጹዋቸው ዘንድ ( ለምን አይቀሩም ) ፡ ፡

" did not there come to you messengers from amongst you , reciting unto you my verses and warning you of the meeting of this day of yours ? " they will say : " we bear witness against ourselves . "
የጋኔንና የሰዎች ጭፍሮች ሆይ ! ፡ - « አንቀጾቼን በእናንተ ላይ የሚተርኩ የዚህንም ቀናችሁን ( ቅጣት ) ማግኘትን የሚያስፈራሩዋችሁ ከእናንተው የኾኑ መልክተኞች አልመጧችሁምን » ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡ « በነፍሶቻችን ላይ መሰከርን ፤ ( መጥተውልናል ) » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ የቅርቢቱም ሕይወት አታለለቻቸው ፡ ፡ በነፍሶቻቸውም ላይ እነርሱ ከሓዲዎች የነበሩ መኾናቸውን መሰከሩ ፡ ፡
