ዘምባባንም ረዣዢም ለእርሷ የተደራረበ እንቡጥ ያላት ስትኾን ( አበቀልን ) ፡ ፡

glorified is he , and high exalted above what they say !
ጥራት ይገባው ፡ ፡ ከሚሉትም ነገር ሁሉ ከፍ ያለን ልቅና ላቀ ፡ ፡

exalted is he and high above what they say by great sublimity .
ጥራት ይገባው ፡ ፡ ከሚሉትም ነገር ሁሉ ከፍ ያለን ልቅና ላቀ ፡ ፡

we granted them our mercy and bestowed on them true and high renown .
ለእነሱም ከችሮታችን ሰጠናቸው ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱም ከፍ ያለ ምስጉን ዝናን አደረግንላቸው ፡ ፡

he knows all the unseen and seen . he is the most great and high .
ሩቁንና ቅርቡን ዐዋቂ ታላቅ የላቀ ነው ፡ ፡

and we gave them our mercy , and assigned for them a true and high repute .

ሰማያትንና ምድርን በእውነት ፈጠረ ከሚያጋሩት ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡

the command of allah is coming , so be not impatient for it . exalted is he and high above what they associate with him .
የአላህ ትዕዛዝ መጣ ፤ ስለዚህ አታስቸኩሉት ፤ ከማይገባው ሁሉ ጠራ ከሚያጋሩትም ሁሉ ላቀ ፤

and your lord creates what he wills and chooses ; not for them was the choice . exalted is allah and high above what they associate with him .
ጌታህም የሚሻውን ይፈጥራል ፤ ይመርጣልም ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱ ( ለሰዎቹ ) ምርጫ የላቸውም ፡ ፡ አላህ ከማይግገባው ሁሉ ጠራ ፡ ፡ ከሚያጋሯቸውም ላቀ ፡ ፡

the decree of god will surely come ; so do not try to hasten it : too glorious and high is he for what they associate with him .
የአላህ ትዕዛዝ መጣ ፤ ስለዚህ አታስቸኩሉት ፤ ከማይገባው ሁሉ ጠራ ከሚያጋሩትም ሁሉ ላቀ ፤

the whole earth will be gripped in his hands on the day of judgment and the heavens will be just like a scroll in his right hand . god is too glorious and high to be considered equal to their idols .
አላህንም በትንሣኤ ቀን ምድር በመላ ጭብጡ ስትኾን ፤ ሰማያትም በኀይሉ የሚጠቀለሉ ሲኾኑ ( ከርሱ ጋር ሌላን በማጋራታቸው ) ተገቢ ክብሩን አላከበሩትም ፡ ፡ ከሚያጋሩት ጠራ ፤ ላቀም ፡ ፡

and on the day of resurrection the whole of the earth will be grasped by his hand and the heavens will be rolled up in his right hand . glorified is he , and high is he above all that they associate as partners with him !
አላህንም በትንሣኤ ቀን ምድር በመላ ጭብጡ ስትኾን ፤ ሰማያትም በኀይሉ የሚጠቀለሉ ሲኾኑ ( ከርሱ ጋር ሌላን በማጋራታቸው ) ተገቢ ክብሩን አላከበሩትም ፡ ፡ ከሚያጋሩት ጠራ ፤ ላቀም ፡ ፡

and had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of israel:
ታላቅና ረጅም ቅጥር ነበራት፥ አሥራ ሁለትም ደጆች ነበሩአት በደጆቹም አሥራ ሁለት መላእክት ቆሙ፥ የአሥራ ሁለቱም የእስራኤል ልጆች ነገዶች ስሞች ተጽፈውባቸው ነበር።

" wherever ye are , death will find you out , even if ye are in towers built up strong and high ! " if some good befalls them , they say , " this is from allah " ; but if evil , they say , " this is from thee " ( o prophet ) .
« የትም ስፍራ ብትኾኑ በጠነከሩ ሕንጻዎች ውስጥ ብትኾኑም እንኳ ሞት ያገኛችኋል ፡ ፡ ደግም ነገር ብታገኛቸው ይህች ከአላህ ዘንድ ናት » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ መከራም ብታገኛቸው « ይህቺ ከአንተ ዘንድ ናት » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ « ሁሉም ( ደጉም ክፉውም ) ከአላህ ዘንድ ነው » በላቸው ፡ ፡ ለእነዚህም ሰዎች ንግግርን ሊረዱ የማይቀርቡት ምን አላቸው
