but we cast him forth on the naked shore in a state of sickness ,
እርሱ በሽተኛ ሆኖ በቃይ በሌለው ( በባሕር ) ዳርቻ ላይ ጣልነውም ፡ ፡

it is assuredly given to thee neither to hunger therein , nor to go naked ,
ለአንተ በእርሷ ውስጥ አለመራብና አለመታረዝ አለህ ፡ ፡

it is ( vouchsafed ) unto thee that thou hungerest not therein nor art naked ,
ለአንተ በእርሷ ውስጥ አለመራብና አለመታረዝ አለህ ፡ ፡

except from their wives and slave girls , in which case they are not to be blamed ,
በሚስቶቻቸው ወይም እጆቻቸው በያዙዋቸው ( ባሪያዎች ) ላይ ሲቀር ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ( በእነዚህ ) የማይወቀሱ ናቸውና ፡ ፡

and when the time comes for raising the little girls ( buried alive ) --
መልክተኞቹም ወቅት በተደረገላቸው ጊዜ ፡ ፡

except with their spouses and slave-girls . the practice of carnal relations is lawful with them .
በሚስቶቻቸው ወይም እጆቻቸው በያዟቸው ( ባሪያዎች ) ላይ ሲቀር ፡ ፡ እነርሱ ( በነዚህ ) የማይወቀሱ ናቸውና ፡ ፡

" there is therein ( enough provision ) for thee not to go hungry nor to go naked ,
ለአንተ በእርሷ ውስጥ አለመራብና አለመታረዝ አለህ ፡ ፡

neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
