let man consider his nourishment .
ሰውም ወደ ምግቡ ይመልከት ፡ ፡

and from the fruits of date and grapes , for you make juices and good nourishment from them ; indeed in this is a sign for people of intellect .
ከዘምባባዎችና ከወይኖችም ፍሬዎች ( እንመግባችኋለን ) ፡ ፡ ከእርሱ ጠጅንና መልካም ምግብንም ትሠራላችሁ ፡ ፡ በዚህም ውስጥ ለሚያስቡ ሕዝቦች በእርግጥ ተዓምር አልለ ፡ ፡

there is not a creature that moves on the earth whose nourishment is not provided by god , whose place of sojourning and depositing is not known to him . all things conform to a manifest law .
በምድርም ላይ ምንም ተንቀሳቃሽ የለችም ምግቧ በአላህ ላይ ያለ ቢኾን እንጂ ፡ ፡ ማረፊያዋንም መርጊያዋንም ያውቃል ፡ ፡ ሁሉም ግልጽ በሆነው መጽሐፍ ውስጥ ነው ፡ ፡

had they observed the torah and the evangel , and what was sent down to them from their lord , they would surely have drawn nourishment from above them and from beneath their feet . there is an upright group among them , but evil is what many of them do .
እነርሱም ተውራትንና ኢንጂልን ከጌታቸውም ወደእነሱ የተወረደውን መጽሐፍ ባቋቋሙ ( በሠሩበት ) ኖሮ ከበላያቸውና ከእግሮቻቸው ሥር በተመገቡ ነበር ፡ ፡ ከእነሱ ውስጥ ትክክለኞች ሕዝቦች አልሉ ፡ ፡ ከእነሱም ብዙዎቹ የሚሠሩት ነገር ከፋ !

and give good news to those who have faith and do righteous deeds , that for them shall be gardens with streams running in them : whenever they are provided with their fruit for nourishment , they will say , ‘ this is what we were provided before , ’ and they were given something resembling it . there will be chaste mates for them , and they will remain therein [ forever ] .
እነዚያን ያመኑትንና መልካሞችንም የሠሩትን ለነርሱ ከሥሮቻቸው ወንዞች የሚፈሱባቸው ገነቶች ያሏቸው መኾኑን አብስራቸው ፡ ፡ ከርሷ ከፍሬ ( ዓይነት ) ሲሳይን በተመገቡ ቁጥር ( ፍሬዎችዋ ስለሚመሳሰሉ ) « ይህ ያ ከአሁን በፊት የተገመብነው ነው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ እርሱንም ተመሳሳይ ኾኖ ተሰጡት ፡ ፡ ለነሱም በውስጧ ንጹህ የተደረጉ ሚስቶች አሏቸው ፡ ፡ እነሱም በውስጧ ዘውታሪዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡
