see you not how allah has created the seven heavens one above another ,
አላህ ሰባትን ሰማያት አንዱ ካንዱ በላይ ሲኾን እንዴት እንደፈጠረ አታዩምን ?

o believers , fear god as he should be feared , and see you do not die , save in surrender .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አላህን ተገቢውን መጠንቀቅ ተጠንቀቁት ፡ ፡ እናንተም ሙስሊሞች ኾናችሁ እንጅ አትሙቱ ፡ ፡

the chiefs of his people said : most surely we see you in clear error .
ከሕዝቦቹ ( የካዱት ) መሪዎቹ ፡ - « እኛ በግልጽ መሳሳት ውስጥ ኾነህ በእርግጥ እናይሃለን » አሉት ፡ ፡

said the eminent among his people , " indeed , we see you in clear error . "
ከሕዝቦቹ ( የካዱት ) መሪዎቹ ፡ - « እኛ በግልጽ መሳሳት ውስጥ ኾነህ በእርግጥ እናይሃለን » አሉት ፡ ፡

know ye that our brother timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, i will see you.
ወንድማችን ጢሞቴዎስ እንደ ተፈታ እወቁ፥ ቶሎ ብሎም ቢመጣ ከእርሱ ጋር አያችኋለሁ።

and give not short measure and weight . verily i see you in prosperity , and verily i fear for you the torment of a day encompassing
ወደ መድየንም ወንድማቸውን ሹዐይብን ( ላክን ) ፡ ፡ አላቸው « ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ ! አላህን ተገዙ ፡ ፡ ከእርሱ ሌላ ለናንተ አምላክ የላችሁም ፡ ፡ ስፍርንና ሚዛንንም አታጉድሉ ፤ እኔ በጸጋ ላይ ሆናችሁ አያችኋለሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም በእናንተ ላይ የከባቢን ቀን ቅጣት እፈራለሁ ፡ ፡

so do not give in short measure nor underweigh . i see you are prosperous , but i fear the doom of an overwhelming day for you .
ወደ መድየንም ወንድማቸውን ሹዐይብን ( ላክን ) ፡ ፡ አላቸው « ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ ! አላህን ተገዙ ፡ ፡ ከእርሱ ሌላ ለናንተ አምላክ የላችሁም ፡ ፡ ስፍርንና ሚዛንንም አታጉድሉ ፤ እኔ በጸጋ ላይ ሆናችሁ አያችኋለሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም በእናንተ ላይ የከባቢን ቀን ቅጣት እፈራለሁ ፡ ፡

if they could overcome you , they would act as your foes and would hurt you by their hands and tongues , and would love to see you become unbelievers .
ቢያሸንፏችሁ ለእናንተ ጠላቶች ይኾናሉ ፡ ፡ እጆቻቸውንና ምላሶቻቸውንም ወደእናንተ በክፉ ይዘረጋሉ ፡ ፡ ብትክዱም ተመኙ ፡ ፡

and do not short measure or short weight . i see you in good circumstances , but i fear for you the agony of an encompassing day . ”
ወደ መድየንም ወንድማቸውን ሹዐይብን ( ላክን ) ፡ ፡ አላቸው « ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ ! አላህን ተገዙ ፡ ፡ ከእርሱ ሌላ ለናንተ አምላክ የላችሁም ፡ ፡ ስፍርንና ሚዛንንም አታጉድሉ ፤ እኔ በጸጋ ላይ ሆናችሁ አያችኋለሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም በእናንተ ላይ የከባቢን ቀን ቅጣት እፈራለሁ ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , when they see you , they will only mock you and say , " has god really sent him as a messengers ?
ባዩህም ጊዜ ያ አላህ መልእክተኛ አድርጎ የላከው ይህ ነውን እያሉ መሳለቂያ እንጂ ሌላ አያደርጉህም ፡ ፡

if they find an opportunity to turn against you , they will become your enemies and will stretch out their hands and tongues at you with evil intent . they would love to see you turn away from your faith .
ቢያሸንፏችሁ ለእናንተ ጠላቶች ይኾናሉ ፡ ፡ እጆቻቸውንና ምላሶቻቸውንም ወደእናንተ በክፉ ይዘረጋሉ ፡ ፡ ብትክዱም ተመኙ ፡ ፡

he said , " god alone knows when it will come , and i deliver to you the message with which i am sent , but i see you are a people who are ignorant . "
« ዕውቀቱ አላህ ዘንድ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ያን በእርሱ የተላክሁበትንም አደርስላችኋለሁ ፡ ፡ ግን እኔ የምትሳሳቱ ሕዝቦች ኾናችሁ አያችኋለሁ » አላቸው ፡ ፡

and the other said : i saw myself carrying bread on my head , of which birds ate . inform us of its interpretation ; surely we see you to be of the doers of good .
ከእሱም ጋር ሁለት ጎበዞች እስር ቤቱ ገቡ ፡ ፡ አንደኛቸው « እኔ በህልሜ የወይን ጠጅን ስጠምቅ አየሁ » አለ ፡ ፡ ሌላውም ፡ - « እኔ በራሴ ላይ እንጀራን ተሸክሜ ከእሱ በራሪ ( አሞራ ) ስትበላ አየሁ ፡ ፡ ፍቹን ንገረን ፡ ፡ እኛ ከአሳማሪዎች ሆነህ እናይሃለንና » አሉት ፡ ፡

and recall when abraham said to his father , azar : ' do you take idols for gods ? i see you and your people in obvious error . '
ኢብራሒምም ለአባቱ ለአዘር « ጣዖታትን አማልክት አድርገህ ትይዛለህን እኔ ፤ አንተንም ሕዝቦችህንም በግልጽ መሳሳት ውስጥ ኾናችሁ አያችኋለሁ » ባለ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ )

and whenever a chapter is revealed , they cast glances at one another : does any one see you ? then they turn away : allah has turned away their hearts because they are a people who do not understand .
( እነሱን የምታነሳ ) ምዕራፍም በተወረደች ጊዜ አንድ ሰው ያያችኋልን እያሉ ከፊሎቻቸው ወደ ከፊሉ ይመለከታሉ ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ( ተደብቀው ) ይኼዳሉ ፡ ፡ እነርሱ የማያውቁ ሕዝቦች በመኾናቸው አላህ ልቦቻቸውን አዞረ ፡ ፡

( and remember ) when abraham said to his father azar : ' will you take idols for gods , surely i see you and your people are in clear error '
ኢብራሒምም ለአባቱ ለአዘር « ጣዖታትን አማልክት አድርገህ ትይዛለህን እኔ ፤ አንተንም ሕዝቦችህንም በግልጽ መሳሳት ውስጥ ኾናችሁ አያችኋለሁ » ባለ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ )
