until when he reached the rising place of the sun , he perceived it rising upon a nation for whom against it we had not set a veil .
ወደ ፀሐይ መውጫ በደረሰም ጊዜ ለእነሱ ከበታችዋ መከለያን ባላደረግንላቸው ሕዝቦች ላይ ስትወጣ አገኛት ፡ ፡

he knows that which is beyond the ken of perception as well as that which can be perceived . he is the most mighty , the most wise .
ሩቁን ምስጢር ግልጹንም ሁሉ ዐዋቂው አሸናፊው ጥበበኛው ነው ፡ ፡

and she said to his sister , " follow him " ; so she watched him from a distance while they perceived not .
ለእኅቱም ተከታተይው አለቻት ፡ ፡ እርሱንም እነሱ የማያውቁ ሲሆኑ በሩቅ ሆና አየችው ፡ ፡

surely there plotted those before them , but allah came upon their structures from the foundations , so the roof fell down upon them from above them and the torment came upon them whence they perceived not .
እነዚያ ከእነሱ ( ከቁረይሾች ) በፊት የነበሩት በእርግጥ መከሩ ፡ ፡ አላህም ሕንጻዎቻቸውን ከመሠረቶቻቸው አፈረሰ ፡ ፡ ጣሪያውም በእነሱ ላይ ከበላያቸው ወደቀባቸው ፡ ፡ ቅጣቱም ከማያውቁት ሥፍራ መጣባቸው ፡ ፡

he said : i perceived what they perceive not , so i seized a handful from the footsteps of the messenger , and then threw it in . thus my soul commended to me .
ያላዩትን ነገር አየሁ ፡ ፡ ከመልክተኛው ( ከፈረሱ ኮቴ ) ዱካም ጭብጥ አፈርን ዘገንኩ ፡ ፡ ( በቅርጹ ላይ ) ጣልኳትም ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁም ነፍሴ ሸለመችልኝ » አለ ፡ ፡

have they not perceived that allah , who has created the heavens and the earth , has the power to create the like of them ? he has fixed a term for them about which there is no doubt .
ያ ሰማያትንና ምድርን የፈጠረ አላህ ብጤያቸውን በመፍጠር ላይ ቻይ መኾኑን በእርሱ ጥርጣሬ የሌለበትም ጊዜ ( ለሞትም ለትንሣኤም ) ለእነርሱ የወሰነ መኾኑን አላወቁምን በደለኞችም ከክህደት በቀር እምቢ አሉ ፡ ፡

and she advanced towards him , and had joseph not perceived a sign from his lord he too would have advanced towards her . thus was joseph shown a sign from his lord that we might avert from him all evil and indecency , for indeed he was one of our chosen servants .
በእርሱም በእርግጥ አሰበች ፡ ፡ በእርሷም አሰበ ፤ የጌታውን ማስረጃ ባላየ ኖሮ ( የተፈጥሮ ፍላጎቱን ባረካ ነበር ፤ ) ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ መጥፎ ነገርንና ኀጢአትን ከእርሱ ላይ ልንመልስለት ( አስረጃችንን አሳየነው ) ፡ ፡ እርሱ ከተመረጡት ባሮቻችን ነውና ፡ ፡

( he turned in mercy also ) to the three who were left behind ; ( they felt guilty ) to such a degree that the earth seemed constrained to them , for all its spaciousness , and their ( very ) souls seemed straitened to them , - and they perceived that there is no fleeing from allah ( and no refuge ) but to himself . then he turned to them , that they might repent : for allah is oft-returning , most merciful .
በእነዚያም በሦስቱ ሰዎች ላይ ምድር ከስፋትዋ ጋር በእነሱ ላይ እስከ ጠበበች ፣ ነፍሶቻቸውም በርሳቸው ላይ እስከተጠበቡ ፣ ከአላህም ወደርሱ ቢኾን እንጂ ሌላ መጠጊያ አለመኖሩን እስከ አረጋገጡ ድረስ በተቆዩት ላይ ( አላህ ጸጸትን ተቀበለ ) ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ይጸጸቱ ዘንድ ወደ ጸጸት መራቸው ፡ ፡ አላህ እርሱ ጸጸትን ተቀባይ አዛኝ ነውና ፡ ፡
