it is not for the sun to catch up with the moon , nor does the night surpass the day ; and each one of them floats in its orbit .
ፀሐይ ጨረቃን ልትደርስበት አይገባትም ፡ ፡ ሌሊትም ቀንን ( ያለ ጊዜው ) ቀዳሚ አይኾንም ፡ ፡ ሁሉም በመዞሪያቸው ውስጥ ይዋኛሉ ፡ ፡

how the sun is not supposed to catch-up with the moon , nor is the night to precede the day . all of them are to float in a certain orbit ;
ፀሐይ ጨረቃን ልትደርስበት አይገባትም ፡ ፡ ሌሊትም ቀንን ( ያለ ጊዜው ) ቀዳሚ አይኾንም ፡ ፡ ሁሉም በመዞሪያቸው ውስጥ ይዋኛሉ ፡ ፡

wherever you may be , death will catch up with you , even if you were in fortified towers . when a good fortune comes their way , they say , “ this is from god . ”
« የትም ስፍራ ብትኾኑ በጠነከሩ ሕንጻዎች ውስጥ ብትኾኑም እንኳ ሞት ያገኛችኋል ፡ ፡ ደግም ነገር ብታገኛቸው ይህች ከአላህ ዘንድ ናት » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ መከራም ብታገኛቸው « ይህቺ ከአንተ ዘንድ ናት » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ « ሁሉም ( ደጉም ክፉውም ) ከአላህ ዘንድ ነው » በላቸው ፡ ፡ ለእነዚህም ሰዎች ንግግርን ሊረዱ የማይቀርቡት ምን አላቸው

say , “ the death from which you flee will catch up with you ; then you will be returned to the knower of the invisible and the visible , and he will inform you of what you used to do . ”
« ያ ከእርሱ የምትሸሹት ሞት እርሱ በእርግጥ አግኛችሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ሩቁንና ቅርቡን ዐዋቂ ወደ ኾነው ጌታ ትመለሳላችሁ ፡ ፡ ትሠሩትም የነበራችሁትን ሁሉ ይነግራችኋል » በላቸው ፡ ፡

it is not permitted to the sun to catch up the moon , nor can the night outstrip the day : each ( just ) swims along in ( its own ) orbit ( according to law ) .
