በእርሷ ተደሳቾች ከነበሩባትም ድሎት ( ብዙን ነገር ተዉ ) ፡ ፡

but , for the cautious a place of prosperity ,
ለጥንቁቆቹ መዳኛ ስፍራ አልላቸው ፡ ፡

how many generations of greater prosperity and splendor have we destroyed before them ?
ከእነሱም በፊት ከክፍለ ዘመናት ሕዝቦች እነሱ በቁሳቁስና በትርኢትም በጣም ያማሩትን ብዙዎችን አጥፍተናል ፡ ፡

we burden you with adversity and prosperity — a test . and to us you will be returned .
ነፍስ ሁሉ ሞትን ቀማሽ ናት ፡ ፡ ለመፈተንም በክፉም በበጎም እንሞክራችኋለን ፡ ፡ ወደኛም ትመለሳላችሁ ፡ ፡

ኢድ ሙባረክ ይህ ልዩ ቀን ሰላም ደስታን እና ብልጽግናን ለሁሉም ያድርግልን በዚህ አጋጣሚ አላህ ህይወታችሁን በደስታ እና በአእምሮ ሰላም ያሞላል

those who give in prosperity and adversity , and those who restrain anger , and those who forgive people . god loves the doers of good .
ለእነዚያ በድሎትም ኾነ በችግር ለሚለግሱት ፣ ቁጭትንም ገቺዎች ከሰዎችም ይቅርታ አድራጊዎች ለኾኑት ( ተደግሳለች ) ፡ ፡ አላህም በጎ ሠሪዎችን ይወዳል ፡ ፡

how many nations , who had enjoyed great prosperity , had we destroyed ? those are their homes which were not inhabited thereafter except for a short time .
ከከተማም ኑሮዋን ( ምቾቷን ) የካደችን ( ከተማ ) ያጠፋናት ብዙ ናት ፡ ፡ እነዚህም ከእነሱ በኋላ ጥቂት ጊዜ እንጅ ያልተኖረባቸው ሲኾኑ መኖሪያዎቻቸው ናቸው ፡ ፡ እኛም ( ከእነርሱ ) ወራሾች ነበርን ፡ ፡

for those who spend , both in prosperity and adversity , who restrain their anger and are forgiving towards their fellow men -- god loves those who do good works .
ለእነዚያ በድሎትም ኾነ በችግር ለሚለግሱት ፣ ቁጭትንም ገቺዎች ከሰዎችም ይቅርታ አድራጊዎች ለኾኑት ( ተደግሳለች ) ፡ ፡ አላህም በጎ ሠሪዎችን ይወዳል ፡ ፡

" for if they should come upon you , they would stone you or force you to return to their cult , and in that case ye would never attain prosperity . "
« እነሱ በእናንተ ላይ ቢዘልቁ ይቀጠቅጧችኋልና ፡ ፡ ወይም ወደ ሃይማኖታቸው ይመልሷችኋል ፡ ፡ ያንጊዜም በፍጹም ፍላጎታችሁን አታገኙም » ( ተባባሉ ) ፡ ፡

and if after adversity had come upon him , we let him taste prosperity , he says : ' evil has left me ' see , he is jubilant and boastful ,
ካገኘችውም ችግር በኋላ ጸጋዎችን ብናቀምሰው « ችግሮች ከኔ ላይ በእርግጥ ተወገዱ » ይላል ( አያመሰግንም ) ፡ ፡ እርሱ ተደሳች ጉረኛ ነውና ፡ ፡

and if we give him a taste of prosperity , after some adversity has afflicted him , he will say , “ troubles have gone away from me . ” he becomes excited and proud .
ካገኘችውም ችግር በኋላ ጸጋዎችን ብናቀምሰው « ችግሮች ከኔ ላይ በእርግጥ ተወገዱ » ይላል ( አያመሰግንም ) ፡ ፡ እርሱ ተደሳች ጉረኛ ነውና ፡ ፡
