and who accumulated wealth without spending it for a good purpose .
ገንዘብን የሰበሰበንና ( ዘካውን ሳይሰጥ ) የቆጠረንም ፤ ( ትጠራለች ) ፡ ፡

who in their spending are neither extravagant nor stingy but maintain moderation ,
እነዚያም በለገሱ ጊዜ የማያባክኑ የማይቆጥቡትም ናቸው ፡ ፡ በዚህም መካከል ( ልግስናቸው ) ትክክለኛ የኾነ ነው ፡ ፡

who are neither prodigal nor miserly in their spending but follow a middle path ;
እነዚያም በለገሱ ጊዜ የማያባክኑ የማይቆጥቡትም ናቸው ፡ ፡ በዚህም መካከል ( ልግስናቸው ) ትክክለኛ የኾነ ነው ፡ ፡

and collect ( wealth ) and hide it ( from spending it in the cause of allah ) .
ገንዘብን የሰበሰበንና ( ዘካውን ሳይሰጥ ) የቆጠረንም ፤ ( ትጠራለች ) ፡ ፡

these will receive double reward for their forbearance , replacing evil by virtue , and for their spending for the cause of god .
እነዚያ በመታገሳቸው ዋጋቸውን ሁለት ጊዜ ይስሰጣሉ ፡ ፡ ክፉውንም ነገር በበጎ ምግባር ይገፈትራሉ ፡ ፡ ከሰጠናቸውም ሲሳይ ይለግሳሉ ፡ ፡

those who disbelieve spend their possessions on turning men away from god . they will go on spending and rue it in the end , and will be subdued .
እነዚያ የካዱት ከአላህ መንገድ ሊከለክሉ ገንዘቦቻቸውን ያወጣሉ ፡ ፡ በእርግጥም ያወጡዋታል ፡ ፡ ከዚያም በእነሱ ላይ ጸጸት ትኾንባቸዋለች ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ይሸነፋሉ ፡ ፡ እነዚያም የካዱት ወደ ገሀነም ይሰበሰባሉ ፡ ፡

what prevents their offerings from being accepted is their disbelief in god and his messenger , their lack of interest in prayer and spending for the cause of god reluctantly .
ልግስናዎቻቸውን ከነሱ ተቀባይ የሚያገኙ ከመኾን እነሱ በአላህና በመልክተኛው የካዱ ፣ ሶላትንም እነሱ ታካቾች ኾነው በስተቀር የማይሰግዱ ፣ እነሱም ጠይዎች ኾነው በስተቀር የማይሰጡ መኾናቸው እንጂ ሌላ አልከለከላቸውም ፡ ፡

and do not keep your hand chained to your neck ( when spending ) , nor open it completely , so that you will sit blamed and destitute .
እጅህንም ወደ አንገትህ የታሰረች አታድርግ ፡ ፡ መዘርጋትንም ሁሉ አትዘርጋት ፤ የተወቀስክ የተቆጨኽ ትኾናለህና ፡ ፡

' their wage shall be given them twice , because they have endured patiently , averting evil with good and spending from what we have given them ;
እነዚያ በመታገሳቸው ዋጋቸውን ሁለት ጊዜ ይስሰጣሉ ፡ ፡ ክፉውንም ነገር በበጎ ምግባር ይገፈትራሉ ፡ ፡ ከሰጠናቸውም ሲሳይ ይለግሳሉ ፡ ፡

and their spending was not stopped being accepted , except because they disbelieved in allah and his noble messenger , and they come to prayer with heavy hearts , and they do not spend except unwillingly .
ልግስናዎቻቸውን ከነሱ ተቀባይ የሚያገኙ ከመኾን እነሱ በአላህና በመልክተኛው የካዱ ፣ ሶላትንም እነሱ ታካቾች ኾነው በስተቀር የማይሰግዱ ፣ እነሱም ጠይዎች ኾነው በስተቀር የማይሰጡ መኾናቸው እንጂ ሌላ አልከለከላቸውም ፡ ፡

believers , spend for the cause of god from the good things that you earn and from what we have made the earth yield for you . do not even think of spending for the cause of god worthless things that you yourselves would be reluctant to accept .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! ካፈራችሁትና ከዚያም ለእናንተ ከምድር ካወጣንላችሁ ከመልካሙ ለግሱ ፡ ፡ መጥፎውንም ( ለመስጠት ) አታስቡ ፡ ፡ በእርሱ ዓይኖቻችሁን ጨፍናችሁ እንጂ የማትወስዱት ስትኾኑ ከእርሱ ( ከመጥፎው ) ትሰጣላችሁን አላህም ተብቃቂ ምስጉን መኾኑን ዕወቁ ፡ ፡

say ( unto them ) : if ye possessed the treasures of the mercy of my lord , ye would surely hold them back for fear of spending , for man was ever grudging .
« እናንተ የጌታዬን የችሮታ መካዚኖች ብትይዙ ኖሮ ያን ጊዜ በማውጣታችሁ ማለቋን በመፍራት በጨበጣችሁ ነበር ፡ ፡ ሰውም በጣም ቆጣቢ ነው ፡ ፡ »

those who are bent on denying the truth are spending their wealth in debarring others from the path of god . they will continue to spend it in this way till , in the end , this spending will become a source of intense regret for them , and then they will be overcome .
እነዚያ የካዱት ከአላህ መንገድ ሊከለክሉ ገንዘቦቻቸውን ያወጣሉ ፡ ፡ በእርግጥም ያወጡዋታል ፡ ፡ ከዚያም በእነሱ ላይ ጸጸት ትኾንባቸዋለች ፡ ፡ ከዚያም ይሸነፋሉ ፡ ፡ እነዚያም የካዱት ወደ ገሀነም ይሰበሰባሉ ፡ ፡

alms are only for : the poor and the destitute , for those who collect zakat , for conciliating people 's hearts , for freeing slaves , for those in debt , for spending for god 's cause , and for travellers in need . it is a legal obligation enjoined by god .
ግዴታ ምጽዋቶች ( የሚከፈሉት ) ለድኾች ፣ ለምስኪኖችም ፣ በርሷም ላይ ለሚሠሩ ሠራተኞች ፣ ልቦቻቸውም ( በእስልምና ) ለሚለማመዱት ፣ ጫንቃዎችንም ( በባርነት ተገዢዎችን ) ነጻ በማውጣት ፣ በባለ ዕዳዎችም ፣ በአላህ መንገድም በሚሠሩ ፣ በመንገደኛም ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ከአላህ የተደነገገች ግዴታ ናት ፡ ፡ አላህም ዐዋቂ ጥበበኛ ነው ፡ ፡
