we have caused earthly things to seem attractive so that we can see who will excel in good deeds.
lalle ne mũ, mun sanya abin da ke kan ƙasa wata ƙawa ce gare ta, dõmin mu jarraba su; wanne daga cikinsu zai zama mafi kyau ga aiki.

even then, we will not believe in your ascension, unless you bring down for us a book that we can read.”
kuma bã zã mu yi ĩmãni ba ga tãkawarka, sai ka sassaukõ da wani littãfi a kanmu, munã karantã shi."

'but we think that we can by no means frustrate allah throughout the earth, nor can we frustrate him by flight.
"kuma lalle ne mũ mun tabbatã bã zã mu buwãyi allah ba, a cikin ƙasa, kuma bã zã mu buwãye shi da gudu ba."

wadannan sune matakan da muke gani yana da muhimmanci domin tallafawa juna sabo da mu ci gaba da gudanar da aiki, mu samar wa kungiyar mu da taimakon da suke bukata, da aikin da duniya ta dogara.

shin, kuma bai shiryar da waɗanda suke gãdon ƙasa ba daga bãyan mutãnenta cẽwa da munã so, dã mun sãme su da zunubansu, kuma mu rufe a kan zukãtansu, sai su zama bã su ji?

'we wish to eat of it' they said, 'so that we can satisfy our hearts and know that what you said to us is true, and that we become witnesses to it'
suka ce: "munã nufin mu ci daga gare shi ne, kuma zukãtanmu su natsu kuma mu san cewa lalle ne, kã yi mana gaskiya, kuma mu kasance daga mãsu shaida a kansa."

or you have a house made of gold; or you ascend to heaven; and we will not believe in your ascension until you send down to us a book that we can read."

or that there come to be for you a house of gold, or that you ascend to the sky - though we shall not believe in your ascension (to the sky) - until you bring down a book for us that we can read."
"kõ kuwa wani gida na zĩnãriya ya kasance a gare ka, kõ kuwa ka tãka a cikin sama. kuma bã zã mu yi ĩmãni ba ga tãkawarka, sai ka sassaukõ da wani littãfi a kanmu, munã karantã shi."

on that day the hypocrites, both men and women, will say to the believers: 'wait for us so that we can take from your light' but they will be answered: 'go back and seek a light' and a wall with a door shall be between them.
rãnar da munafikai maza da munãfikai mãtã ke cẽwa waɗanda suka yi ĩmãni: "ku dũbẽ mu, mu yi makãmashi daga haskenku!" a ce (musu): "ku kõma a bãyanku, dõmin ku nẽmo wani haske."
