this is to all 3 stakeholders from pmo, account and delivery, if we continue to have status where we are situation of having tts, bugs issues not being addressed for more than 10 days then objective of having pm x account x delivery connect is failed. not all issues are showing ticket ids, how are we planning to have these tracked? are all to be resolved by l4? product team action columns is blank for majority. dharmendra/l3 is sending weekly status of open ticket are these part of the status why we have issues getting reopened after we are taking significant time to resolve the same at first place. what qa/testing confirmation we are taking. did we not have handover/mop shared by l4 for any of the scenario from the below list using which they can resolve the issues? are we not still handing over these tasks to operations to handle or we are only saying all new issues happened for the first time. this is the only way out for dev to save bw and come out of this. @chhabra, amarjeet | rsi any update on product devops progress when are they going to take over the pm issues. @sharma, shankar | shankar we should have tts created for issues with first pushed to operations for resolutions. ideally there should not be any occurring scenario coming towards l4. @pandey, pawan | rsi please find a way to align ops with product team in troubleshooting calls to resolve these on priority without affecting any deliverables. and ensure operations is taking away the right learning to resolve below cases from now on.
