a sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it.
yiwen ufellaḥ iffeɣ ad izreɛ irden. mi gzerreɛ, kra n iɛeqqayen ɣlin ɣer webrid , țwaṛekḍen yerna ččan-ten yefṛax n igenni.

and early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.
azekka-nni, ssbeḥ zik yuɣal ɣer lǧameɛ iqedsen. lɣaci meṛṛa uzzlen-d ɣuṛ-es. sidna Ɛisa yeqqim gar-asen, yebda yesselmad iten deg ufrag n lǧameɛ.

and he entered into one of the ships, which was simon's, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. and he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.
sidna Ɛisa yuli ɣer yiwet si teflukin-nni, tin yellan n semɛun, yenna-yas ad ibɛed acemma ɣef rrif. yeqqim , yebda yesselmad-ed lɣaci syenna.

and on the sabbath we went out of the city by a river side, where prayer was wont to be made; and we sat down, and spake unto the women which resorted thither.
