실로 천지가 하나님의 권능안에 있어 생명을 주시고 또 앗아 가시니 하나님 외에는 보호자도 원조자도 없노라

하나님의 예증을 들었을 때 그것들을 조롱한 그에게도 고통스러운 벌이 있으리라

and when it said unto him: fear allah, arrogance taketh him to sin. enough for him is hell: surely an ill resort!
하나님을 공경하라 일렀거 늘 거만으로 죄악을 낳았으니 악 마의 휴식처인 지옥에서 기거할 것이라

and of mankind is he whose discourse for the purpose of this world thou admirest, and he taketh allah to witness as to that which is in his heart, whereas he is the most contentious of the adversaries.
현세의 기쁜 말로 그대를 놀라게 할 무리가 있으리라 그의 심중에 있는 것이 하나님께 드러 나니 그는 논쟁을 일삼는 위선자 라

and when it is said unto him: be careful of thy duty to allah, pride taketh him to sin. hell will settle his account, an evil resting-place.
하나님을 공경하라 일렀거 늘 거만으로 죄악을 낳았으니 악 마의 휴식처인 지옥에서 기거할 것이라

and of the dwellers of the desert is one who taketh that which he expen deth as a fine, and waiteth for evil turns of fortune for you. upon them shall be the evil turn of fortune. and allah is hearing, knowing.
사막 유목민 가운데는 그들 이 지불하는 것을 벌금으로 생각 하는 이들이 있어 그들은 너희에 게 재앙이 있기를 원함이라 그러 나 재앙은 그들 위에 있으리니 하나님은 모든 것을 들으시고 아시 기 때문이라

o ye who believe! choose not your fathers nor your brethren for friends if they take pleasure in disbelief rather than faith. whoso of you taketh them for friends, such are wrong-doers.
믿는 사람들아 너희의 아버 지들과 형제들이 믿음 보다는 불 신을 택한다면 그들을 보호자로 택하지 말라 하였으니 그들을 보 호자로 하는 자는 누구든 우매한 자들이라

and (also) those who spend their wealth in order to be seen of men, and believe not in allah nor the last day. whoso taketh satan for a comrade, a bad comrade hath he.
재산을 바치되 타인에게 보 이려 함이니 이들은 하나님과 내 세를 믿지 아니하고 사탄을 친구 로 선택한 가중한 친구라
