for a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and i have nothing to set before him?
ϪⲈ ⲞⲨϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲚⲦⲎⲒ ⲀϤⲒ ϢⲀⲢⲞⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒ ⲪⲘⲰⲒⲦ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲪⲎ ⲈϮⲚⲀⲬⲀϤ ϦⲀⲦⲞⲦϤ.

and he saith unto him, friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? and he was speechless.
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ⲚⲀϤ ϪⲈ ⲠⲀϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲠⲰⲤ ⲀⲔⲒ ⲈϦⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲘⲚⲀⲒ ⲚⲦϨⲈⲂⲤⲰ ⲘⲠⲒϨⲞⲠ ⲦⲞⲒ ϨⲒⲰⲦⲔ ⲀⲚ ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲆⲈ ⲀⲢⲰϤ ⲐⲰⲘ.

but he answered one of them, and said, friend, i do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?
ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲆⲈ ⲀϤⲈⲢⲞⲨⲰ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ⲚⲞⲨⲀⲒ ⲘⲘⲰⲞⲨ ϪⲈ ⲠⲀϢⲪⲎⲢ ϮϬⲒ ⲘⲘⲞⲔ ⲚϪⲞⲚⲤ ⲀⲚ ⲘⲎ ⲞⲨⲤⲀⲐⲈⲢⲒ ⲀⲚ ⲠⲈⲦⲀⲒⲤⲈⲘⲚⲎⲦⲤ ⲚⲈⲘⲀⲔ.

ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with god? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of god.
ⲚⲒⲚⲰⲒⲔ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲈⲘⲒ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ ϮⲘⲈⲦϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦϪⲀϪⲒ ⲦⲈ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲪⲎ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲐⲞⲨⲰϢ ⲈⲈⲢϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲈⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ϤⲚⲀϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈϤⲞⲒ ⲚϪⲀϪⲒ ⲈⲪϮ

and he said unto them, which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, friend, lend me three loaves;
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ϪⲈ ⲚⲒⲘ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲞⲨⲞⲚⲦⲈϤ ϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲦⲈϤϢⲈ ϢⲀⲢⲞϤ ⲚⲦⲪⲀϢⲒ ⲘⲠⲒⲈϪⲰⲢϨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲦⲈϤϪⲞⲤ ⲚⲀϤ ϪⲈ ⲠⲀϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲘⲀ Ⲅ- ⲚⲰⲒⲔ ⲚⲎⲒ ⲈⲠⲞⲨϢⲀⲠ

the son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. but wisdom is justified of her children.

ye are my friends, if ye do anything i command you.
