if this man were not of god, he could do nothing.
ⲈⲚⲈ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲞⲨⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲀⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲚⲀϤⲚⲀϢϪⲈⲘϪⲞⲘ ⲀⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲈⲈⲢ ϨⲖⲒ.

but jesus yet answered nothing; so that pilate marvelled.
ⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ⲆⲈ ⲘⲠⲈϤϪⲈ ⲈⲢⲞⲨⲰ ⲚϨⲖⲒ ϨⲰⲤⲦⲈ ⲚⲦⲈϤⲈⲢϢⲪⲎⲢⲒ ⲚϪⲈⲠⲒⲖⲀⲦⲞⲤ.

for we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.

then he questioned with him in many words; but he answered him nothing.

and when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ϦⲈⲚⲠϪⲒⲚⲐⲢⲞⲨⲈⲢⲔⲀⲦⲎⲄⲞⲢⲒⲚ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲒⲀⲢⲬⲒⲈⲢⲈⲨⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲒⲠⲢⲈⲤⲂⲨⲦⲈⲢⲞⲤ ⲘⲠⲈϤⲈⲢⲞⲨⲰ ⲚϨⲖⲒ.

for we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
ⲘⲠⲈⲚⲈⲚ ϨⲖⲒ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈϦⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲠⲒⲔⲞⲤⲘⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϢϪⲞⲘ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲈⲈⲚ ϨⲖⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ.

and he said unto them, this kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ϪⲈ ⲠⲀⲒⲄⲈⲚⲞⲤ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϢϪⲞⲘ ⲚⲦⲈϤⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚϨⲖⲒ ⲈⲂⲎⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲠⲢⲞⲤⲈⲨⲬⲎ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲚⲎⲤⲦⲒⲀ.

and if any man think that he knoweth anything, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know.
ⲪⲎ ⲈⲦϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲀⲒⲈⲘⲒ ⲈϨⲖⲒ ⲘⲠⲀⲦⲈϤⲈⲘⲒ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲪⲢⲎϮ ⲈⲦⲤϢⲈ ⲚⲈⲘⲒ ⲘⲘⲞϤ.

for a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and i have nothing to set before him?
ϪⲈ ⲞⲨϢⲪⲎⲢ ⲚⲦⲎⲒ ⲀϤⲒ ϢⲀⲢⲞⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒ ⲪⲘⲰⲒⲦ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲪⲎ ⲈϮⲚⲀⲬⲀϤ ϦⲀⲦⲞⲦϤ.

i have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat:
ϪⲈ ϮϢⲈⲚϨⲎⲦ ϦⲀ ⲠⲀⲒⲘⲎϢ ϪⲈ ⲒⲤ Ⲅ- ⲚⲈϨⲞⲞⲨ ⲤⲈⲞϨⲒ ϨⲀⲢⲞⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲠⲈⲦⲞⲨⲚⲀⲞⲨⲞⲘϤ

seeing then that these things cannot be spoken against, ye ought to be quiet, and to do nothing rashly.
ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ϨⲖⲒ ⲞⲨⲚ ϮⲈϦⲞⲨⲚ ⲈϨⲢⲈⲚ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲤⲈⲘⲠϢⲀ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚⲤⲘⲞⲚⲦ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚϢⲦⲈⲘⲈⲢ ϨⲖⲒ ⲚϨⲰⲂ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲀⲤⲒⲀⲒ.

and when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?

and had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,

and though i bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though i give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
ⲔⲀⲚ ⲀⲒϢⲀⲚϮ ⲚⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲚⲞⲨⲒ ⲦⲎⲢⲞⲨ ⲈⲐⲢⲞⲨⲞⲨⲞⲘⲞⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲦⲀϮ ⲘⲠⲀⲔⲈⲤⲰⲘⲀ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲦⲀϢⲞⲨϢⲞⲨ ⲘⲘⲞⲚϮ ⲀⲄⲀⲠⲎ ⲆⲈ ⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲚϮϪⲈⲘϨⲎⲞⲨ ⲚϨⲖⲒ ⲀⲚ.

and in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of god.
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲚⲞϢⲠ ⲀⲚ ϦⲈⲚϨⲖⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲚⲎ ⲈϮⲞⲨⲂⲈ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲠⲞⲨⲞⲨⲰⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲞⲨⲦⲀⲔⲞ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲠⲈ ⲚⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲆⲈ ⲞⲨⲞⲨϪⲀⲒ ⲠⲈ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲪⲀⲒ ⲞⲨⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲒⲦⲈⲚ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲠⲈ.

and simon answering said unto him, master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word i will let down the net.
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤⲈⲢⲞⲨⲰ ⲚϪⲈⲤⲒⲘⲰⲚ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ϪⲈ ⲠⲒⲢⲈϤϮⲤⲂⲰ ⲠⲒⲈϪⲰⲢϨ ⲦⲎⲢϤ ⲀⲚⲀⲒϤ ⲚϦⲞⲤⲒ ⲘⲠⲈⲚⲦⲀϨⲞ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲈⲔⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲦⲈⲚⲚⲀⲬ ⲰⲚⲚⲒϢⲚⲎⲞⲨ ⲈϦⲢⲎⲒ.

and commanded them that they should take nothing for their journey, save a staff only; no scrip, no bread, no money in their purse:
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤϨⲞⲚϨⲈⲚ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲈϢⲦⲈⲘⲈⲖ ϨⲖⲒ ⲚⲈⲘⲰⲞⲨ ϨⲒ ⲪⲘⲰⲒⲦ ⲈⲂⲎⲖ ⲈⲞⲨϢⲂⲰⲦ ⲘⲘⲀⲨⲀⲦϤ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲰⲒⲔ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲠⲎⲢⲀ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ϨⲞⲘⲦ ϦⲈⲚⲚⲈⲦⲈⲚⲘⲞϪϦ

and he said unto them, take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats apiece.
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ϪⲈ ⲘⲠⲈⲢⲈⲖ ϨⲖⲒ ⲈⲪⲘⲰⲒⲦ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ϢⲂⲰⲦ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲠⲎⲢⲀ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲰⲒⲔ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ϨⲀⲦ ⲞⲨⲆⲈ ⲘⲠⲈⲢⲬⲀ ϢⲐⲎⲚ ⲤⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲚⲦⲈⲚ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ.

jesus answered, if i honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your god:
