ye sent unto john, and he bare witness unto the truth.
ⲚⲐⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲀⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲰⲢⲠ ϨⲀ ⲒⲰⲀⲚⲚⲎⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀϤⲈⲢⲘⲈⲐⲢⲈ ⲚⲐⲘⲎⲒ.

sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
ⲘⲀⲦⲞⲨⲂⲰⲞⲨ ⲚϨⲢⲎⲒ ϦⲈⲚϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲠⲈⲦⲈⲪⲰⲔ ⲚⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲠⲈ ϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ.

and because i tell you the truth, ye believe me not.
ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲆⲈ ϮϪⲰ ⲚⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲚⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲦⲈⲦⲈⲚⲚⲀϨϮ ⲈⲢⲞⲒ ⲀⲚ.

i have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
ⲘⲘⲞⲚϮ ϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲈϤⲞⲒ ⲚⲚⲒϢϮ ⲈⲪⲀⲒ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲦⲀⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲚⲀϢⲎⲢⲒ ϪⲈ ⲤⲈⲘⲞϢⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ

ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
ⲈⲨϬⲒⲤⲂⲰ ⲚⲤⲎⲞⲨ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲤⲈϢϪⲈⲘϪⲞⲘ ⲀⲚ ⲈⲚⲈϨ ⲈⲒ ⲈϦⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲠⲤⲞⲨⲈⲚ ϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ.

am i therefore become your enemy, because i tell you the truth?
ϨⲰⲤⲦⲈ ⲀⲒⲈⲢϪⲀϪⲒ ⲈⲢⲰⲦⲈⲚ ϪⲈ ϮⲦⲀⲘⲞ ⲘⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ.

brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;
ⲚⲀⲤⲚⲎⲞⲨ ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀⲢⲈϢⲀⲚ ⲞⲨⲀⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲤⲰⲢⲈⲘ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϨⲀ ϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲚⲦⲈϤⲦⲀⲤⲐⲞϤ ⲚϪⲈⲞⲨⲀⲒ

ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?
ⲚⲀⲢⲈⲦⲈⲚϬⲞϪⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲔⲀⲖⲰⲤ ⲚⲒⲘ ⲠⲈⲦⲀϤⲦⲀϨⲚⲞ ⲘⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲈϢⲦⲈⲘⲐⲢⲈ ⲠⲈⲦⲈⲚϨⲎⲦ ⲐⲰⲦ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲐⲘⲎⲒ.

that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
ϨⲒⲚⲀ ⲚⲤⲈϮϨⲀⲠ ⲈⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲘⲠⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲚⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲀⲨϮⲘⲀϮ ϦⲈⲚϮⲘⲈⲦϬⲒ ⲚϪⲞⲚⲤ.

if we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀⲚϢⲀⲚϪⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲘⲘⲞⲚⲦⲈⲚ ⲚⲞⲂⲒ ⲘⲘⲀⲨ ⲦⲈⲚⲈⲢϨⲀⲖ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲘⲘⲀⲨⲀⲦⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲐⲘⲎⲒ ϢⲞⲠ ⲚϦⲎⲦⲈⲚ ⲀⲚ

but we are sure that the judgment of god is according to truth against them which commit such things.
ⲦⲈⲚⲈⲘⲒ ⲄⲀⲢ ϪⲈ ⲠⲒϨⲀⲠ ⲚⲦⲈⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲀϤϢⲞⲠ ⲔⲀⲦⲀ ⲞⲨⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲒⲢⲒ ⲚⲚⲀⲒ ⲘⲠⲀⲒⲢⲎϮ.

i say the truth in christ, i lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the holy ghost,
ⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲠⲈϮϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲚϮϪⲈⲘⲈⲐⲚⲞⲨϪ ⲀⲚ ⲈⲤⲈⲢⲘⲈⲐⲢⲈ ⲈⲢⲞⲒ ⲚⲈⲘⲎⲒ ⲚϪⲈⲦⲀⲤⲨⲚⲎⲆⲈⲤⲒⲤ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲈϤⲞⲨⲀⲂ.

if we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
ⲈϢⲰⲠ ⲀⲚϢⲀⲚϪⲞⲤ ϪⲈ ⲞⲨⲞⲚⲦⲀⲚ ⲚⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦϢⲪⲎ ⲢⲚⲈⲘⲀϤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲈⲚⲘⲞϢⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲬⲀⲔⲒ ⲈⲚϪⲈⲘⲈⲐⲚⲞⲨϪ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲦⲈⲚⲒⲢⲒ ⲚⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲀⲚ

but speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even christ:
ⲈⲚⲒⲢⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲐⲘⲎⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲀⲄⲀⲠⲎ ⲘⲀⲢⲈⲚϮⲀⲒⲀⲒ ⲚϨⲰⲂ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ⲈϦⲞⲨⲚ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲠⲈ ϮⲀⲪⲈ ⲠⲬⲢⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ.

but the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.
ϮⲤϨⲒⲘⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲦⲀⲤⲈⲢϨⲞϮ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲤⲤⲐⲈⲢⲦⲈⲢ ⲈⲤⲈⲘⲒ ⲈⲪⲎ ⲈⲦⲀϤϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ⲀⲤⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲤϨⲒⲦⲤ ⲈϦⲢⲎⲒ ϦⲀⲢⲀⲦϤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲤϪⲈ ϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲦⲎⲢⲤ ⲚⲀϤ

to whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.
ⲚⲀⲒ ⲈⲦⲈ ⲘⲠⲈⲚⲞϨⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲞⲨϬⲚⲈ ϪⲰϤ ⲠⲢⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲞⲨⲚⲞⲨ ϨⲒⲚⲀ ϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲈⲨⲀⲄⲄⲈⲖⲒⲞⲚ ⲚⲦⲈⲤϢⲰⲠⲒ ⲈⲤⲤⲘⲞⲚⲦ ϨⲀⲢⲰⲦⲈⲚ.

forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which god hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
ⲈⲨⲦⲀϨⲚⲞ ⲘⲠⲒⲄⲀⲘⲞⲤ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲈϨⲈⲚⲞⲨ ⲤⲀⲂⲞⲖ ⲚⲚⲒϦⲢⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲈⲦⲀ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲤⲞⲚⲦⲞⲨ ⲚⲚⲒⲠⲒⲤⲦⲞⲤ ⲈⲐⲢⲞⲨϬⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲚϦⲎⲦⲞⲨ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨϢⲈⲠϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲤⲞⲨⲈⲚ ϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ.

and thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship god, and report that god is in you of a truth.
ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦϨⲎⲠ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲈϤϨⲎⲦ ⲤⲈⲚⲀⲞⲨⲞⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲠⲀⲒⲢⲎϮ ϤⲚⲀϨⲒⲦϤ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲠⲈϤϨⲞ ⲚⲦⲈϤⲞⲨⲰϢⲦ ⲘⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲈϤⲞⲨⲰⲚϨ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϪⲈ ⲞⲚⲦⲰⲤ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ϢⲞⲠ ϦⲈⲚⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ.

but the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the father in spirit and in truth: for the father seeketh such to worship him.
ⲀⲖⲖⲀ ⲤⲚⲎⲞⲨ ⲚϪⲈⲞⲨⲞⲨⲚⲞⲨ ⲈⲦⲈ ϮⲚⲞⲨ ⲦⲈ ϨⲞⲦⲈ ⲚⲒⲢⲈϤⲞⲨⲰϢⲦ ⲚⲦⲀⲪⲘⲎⲒ ⲈⲨⲚⲀⲞⲨⲰϢⲦ ⲘⲪⲒⲰⲦ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎ ⲒⲔⲈ ⲄⲀⲢ ⲪⲒⲰⲦ ⲀϤⲔⲰϮ ⲚⲤⲀⲚⲀⲒ ⲞⲨⲞⲚ ⲘⲠⲀⲒⲢⲎϮ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲐⲞⲨⲰϢⲦ ⲘⲘⲞϤ.

but we are bound to give thanks alway to god for you, brethren beloved of the lord, because god hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the spirit and belief of the truth:
ⲀⲚⲞⲚ ⲆⲈ ⲚⲈⲚⲤⲚⲎⲞⲨ ⲤⲈⲘⲠϢⲀ ⲚⲦⲈⲚϢⲈⲠϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲚⲦⲈⲚ ⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲈϨⲢⲎⲒ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲚⲤⲎ ⲞⲨ ⲚⲒⲂⲈⲚ ϦⲀ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲀ ⲠϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲘⲈⲚⲢⲒⲦⲞⲨ ϪⲈ ⲀⲪⲚⲞⲨϮ ⲤⲈⲦⲠ ⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲚⲞⲨⲀⲠⲀⲢⲬⲎ ⲚⲞⲨϪⲀⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲦⲞⲨⲂⲞ ⲚⲦⲈⲠⲒⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀⲚⲈⲘ ⲞⲨⲚⲀϨϮ ⲚⲦⲈϮⲘⲈⲐⲘⲎⲒ.
