ނުވަތަ (މަރުވެފައިވާ މީހުން) އަލުން ދިރުވާނެ إله ން ތަކެއް ބިމުން އެއުރެން ހިފީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟

we have caused earthly things to seem attractive so that we can see who will excel in good deeds.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ، ބިންމަތީގައިވާހާ ތަކެއްޗެއް، އެ ބިމުގެ ޒީނަތެއްކަމުގައި ލެއްވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެންކުރެ އެންމެ عمل ރަނގަޅީ ކާކުތޯ امتحان ކުރެއްވުމަށެވެ.

and only he is the god of the heavenly creation and the god of the earthly creation; and he only is the wise, the all knowing.
އުޑުގައިވެސް إله އަކީ އެކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި ބިމުގައިވެސް إله އަކީ އެކަލާނގެއެވެ. އެކަލާނގެއީ، حكيم ވަންތަ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

but they are succeeded by a generation who neglect their devotional obligations and follow only earthly pleasures; but they will reach the wrong road and meet destruction,
ފަހެ، އެބޭކަލުންނަށްފަހު، އެހެންބަޔަކު އައޫއެވެ. އެއުރެން ނަމާދު ދޫކޮށްލޫއެވެ. އަދި هوى نفس ގެ އެދުންތަކަށް تبع ވޫއެވެ. ފަހެ، ނިކަންހުރެ އެއުރެން ހަލާކާ ކުރިމަތިލާހުށްޓެވެ!

ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރެއްވިނަމަ، އެ آية ތަކުގެ ސަބަބުން އޭނާ މަތިވެރި ކުރެއްވީމުހެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަމަކު، އޭނާ ބިމަށް ލެނބިގަތެވެ. އަދި އޭނާގެ އަމިއްލަ އެދުމަށް تبع ވިއެވެ. ފަހެ، އޭނާގެ މިސާލު، ކުއްތާގެ މިސާލު ފަދައެވެ. އެއަށް حملة ދިނަސް، ދޫނެރެގެން އޮވެ މާނޭވާލައެވެ. ނުވަތަ އޭތިދޫކޮށްލިޔަސް، ދޫނެރެގެން އޮވެ މާނޭވާލައެވެ. ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތައް ދޮގުކުޅަމީހުންގެ މިސާލަކީ އެއީއެވެ. ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނު ވާހަކަތައް ކިޔައިދެއްވާށެވެ! (އެއީ) އެއުރެން ފިކުރުކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

iblis said, "lord, because you have caused me to go astray, i shall make earthly things attractive to (people) and mislead all of them
އެކަލޭގެ ދެންނެވިއެވެ. ތިމަންއަޅާގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާކޮ! އިބަރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިމަންއަޅާ މަގުފުރެއްދެވިކަމުގެ ސަބަބުން، ނުބައިކަމުގެ މަގު، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެންނަށް ބިމުގައި ތިމަންއަޅާ ޒީނަތްތެރިކޮށްދޭހުށީމެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންއަޅާ އެ އެންމެން މަގުފުރައްދާހުށީމެވެ.

nay, but the hour (of doom) is their appointed tryst, and the hour will be more wretched and more bitter (than their earthly failure).
އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! އެއުރެންނަށް (عذاب ދެއްވުމަށް) ކަނޑައަޅުއްވާފައިވާ ވަގުތަކީ، قيامة ވުމުގެ ވަގުތެވެ. އަދި قيامة ވުމުގެ ވަގުތު (އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް) ދަތިކަން މާބޮޑެވެ. އަދި ހިތިކަންވެސް މާބޮޑުމެއެވެ.

enamoured are the people of the lust of (earthly) pleasures, of women and of children and hoarded heaps of gold and silver, well-bred horses, and tilled land and cattle, all (vain) goods and chattels of the life of this world, while the best of abodes is with god.
އަންހެނުންނާއި، ދަރިންނާއި، ރަނާއި، ރިހީގެ ތެރެއިން އެއްކުރެވިފައިވާ ގިނަބައިވަރުތަކާއި، މޮޅު އަސްތަކާއި، ގެރިބަކަރި جمل އާއި، ދަނޑުބިމާއި، މިތަކެއްޗަށް އެދުމުގެ ލޯބި، މީސްތަކުންނަށް زينة ތެރި ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އެއީ، ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުމުގައި އުފާލިބިދޭ ތަކެއްޗެވެ. ނަމަވެސް އެނބުރިދަނިވި ރިވެތިވެގެންވާ ތަންވަނީ اللَّه ގެ حضرة ގައެވެ.
