އެއުރެންނީ جاهل ކަމުގެ ތެރެޔަށް ގެނބި، غافل ވެފައިވާ މީހުންނެވެ.

އެއުރެންނީ جاهل ކަމުގެ ތެރެޔަށް ގެނބި، غافل ވެފައިވާ މީހުންނެވެ.

so leave them immersed in their heedlessness till an appointed time.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ މަގުފުރެދުމުގެތެރޭގައި، ހިނދުކޮޅަކަށް ދާނދެން ކަލޭގެފާނު އެއުރެން ދޫކޮށްލައްވާށެވެ!

draws near for mankind their reckoning, while they turn away in heedlessness.
މީސްތަކުންނަށް އެއުރެންގެ (عمل ތަކުގެ) ހިސާބު ބެއްލެވުމުގެ ވަގުތު ގާތްވެއްޖެއެވެ. އެއުރެން غافل ވެ (އެކަމުން) އެއްކިބާވެގެންވާ حال ގައެވެ.

their reckoning has drawn near to men, and in heedlessness are they turning aside.
މީސްތަކުންނަށް އެއުރެންގެ (عمل ތަކުގެ) ހިސާބު ބެއްލެވުމުގެ ވަގުތު ގާތްވެއްޖެއެވެ. އެއުރެން غافل ވެ (އެކަމުން) އެއްކިބާވެގެންވާ حال ގައެވެ.

nigh unto men has drawn their reckoning, while they in heedlessness are yet turning away;
މީސްތަކުންނަށް އެއުރެންގެ (عمل ތަކުގެ) ހިސާބު ބެއްލެވުމުގެ ވަގުތު ގާތްވެއްޖެއެވެ. އެއުރެން غافل ވެ (އެކަމުން) އެއްކިބާވެގެންވާ حال ގައެވެ.

the time of people's reckoning has drawn near, and yet they turn aside in heedlessness.
މީސްތަކުންނަށް އެއުރެންގެ (عمل ތަކުގެ) ހިސާބު ބެއްލެވުމުގެ ވަގުތު ގާތްވެއްޖެއެވެ. އެއުރެން غافل ވެ (އެކަމުން) އެއްކިބާވެގެންވާ حال ގައެވެ.

who are under a cover of heedlessness (think not about the gravity of the hereafter),
އެއުރެންނީ جاهل ކަމުގެ ތެރެޔަށް ގެނބި، غافل ވެފައިވާ މީހުންނެވެ.

they are the ones upon whose hearts and hearing and eyes allah has set a seal. they are utterly steeped in heedlessness.
އެއުރެންނީ، އެއުރެންގެ ހިތްތަކުގައްޔާއި، އެއުރެންގެ ކަންފަތްތަކުގައްޔާއި، އެއުރެންގެ ލޯތަކުގައި، اللَّه ސިއްކަގައްސަވާފައިވާ މީހުންނެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންނީ، ހަމަ، غافل ވެގެންވާ މީހުންނެވެ.

[the time of] their account has approached for the people, while they are in heedlessness turning away.
މީސްތަކުންނަށް އެއުރެންގެ (عمل ތަކުގެ) ހިސާބު ބެއްލެވުމުގެ ވަގުތު ގާތްވެއްޖެއެވެ. އެއުރެން غافل ވެ (އެކަމުން) އެއްކިބާވެގެންވާ حال ގައެވެ.

(and unto the evil-doer it is said): thou wast in heedlessness of this. now we have removed from thee thy covering, and piercing is thy sight this day.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިބާ މިކަންތަކާމެދު غافل ކަމެއްގައިވީމުއެވެ. ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިބާގެ ކިބައިން غافل ކަމުގެ ފަރުދާ كشف ކުރެއްވީމެވެ. ފަހެ، މިއަދު ތިބާގެ ލޮލަކީ ތޫނު ލޮލެކެވެ.

and the true promise shall draw nigh, then lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be fixedly open: o woe to us! surely we were in a state of heedlessness as to this; nay, we were unjust.
އަދި حق ތެދު وعد (އެބަހީ: قيامة ވުމުގެ ވަގުތު) ގާތްވެއްޖެއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެހާރުން كافر ވި މީހުން (ބިރުން) ލޯތައް ބޮޑުވެފައިވާނެތެވެ. (އަދި ބުނާނެތެވެ.) އޭ ތިމަންމެންނަށްހުރި ހަލާކެއްގެބޮޑުކަމާއެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންތިބީ، މިކަންތައްތަކާމެދު غافل ކަމެއްގައެވެ. އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! ތިމަންމެންވީ، އަނިޔާވެރި ބަޔެއްކަަމުގައެވެ.
