they will not hear any unnecessary or sinful talk
ބޭކާރު ބަސްތަކެއްވެސް، އަދި ކުށްވެރިކުރަނިވި ބަސްތަކެއްވެސް، އެތާކު އެއުރެންނަކަށް ނީވޭނެތެވެ.

they will not hear therein any unnecessary words or lies.
باطل ވާހަކަތަކެއް، އަދި ދޮގެއް އެއުރެން އެތާކު ނާހާނެތެވެ.

do not be like the lady behind the spinning wheel who has broken the yarn by pulling it with unnecessary force. you must not consider your oaths as means of deceit to benefit one party and incur loss upon the other.
އަދި އުއިގުޅައި، ރޮދިއަޅައި ހަރުކުރުމަށްފަހު، އެތިއެތިކޮޅަށް އެ ކޮށައި ހަލާކުކޮށްލި ކަނބުލޭގެ ފަދައިން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނުވާށެވެ! (އެބަހީ: عهد ތަކުގެ ބާރު ލިބިގަތުމަށްފަހު، އެ عهد ތައް އުވައިލާ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނުވާށެވެ!) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މެދުގައި، ފަސާދަވެރިކަން އުފެއްދުމަށްޓަކައި އޮތް އެއްޗެއްކަމުގައި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ހުވާތައް ހަދަމުއެވެ. (އެއީ) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރެ އެއްބަޔަކު، އަނެއްބަޔަކަށްވުރެ ގިނަބަޔަކުކަމުގައި ވެދާނެތީއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެކަމުން امتحان ކުރައްވަތެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން، خلاف ވެ އުޅުނުކަންތައް، قيامة ދުވަހުން އެކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ބަޔާންކޮށްދެއްވާނެކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

the disbelievers say, "do not listen to this quran but make a lot of unnecessary noise while it is being read so that perhaps you will defeat it".
كافر ވިމީހުން ބުނޫއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން މި قرآن އަޑުނާހާށެވެ! (އަދި قرآن ކިޔެވޭހިނދު) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަޑުގަދަކުރާށެވެ! އެއީ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ގަދަވެގަނެވޭތޯއެވެ!

o people of the book! there hath come to you our messenger, revealing to you much that ye used to hide in the book, and passing over much (that is now unnecessary): there hath come to you from allah a (new) light and a perspicuous book, -
އޭ ފޮތުގެ أهل ވެރިންނޭވެ! ފޮތުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވަންހަނާކޮށް އުޅުނު ކަންތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ގިނަ ކަންތައްތަކެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ބަޔާންކޮށްދެއްވާ އަދި (އޭގެ) ގިނަ ކަންތައްތައް عفو ކުރައްވާ حال، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ رسول އާ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ގާތަށް ވަޑައިގެންފިއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه ގެ حضرة ން نور އަކާއި، ބަޔާންކުރަނިވި ފޮތެއް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ގާތަށް އަތުވެއްޖެއެވެ.
