and give the relative his rights, and the poor, and the wayfarer, and do not squander wastefully.
ގާތްތިމާގެ މީހާއަށް، އޭނާގެ حق ދޭށެވެ! އަދި مسكين އަށާއި، ދަތުރުވެރިޔާއަށްވެސްމެއެވެ. އަދި ގިނަގިނައިން إسراف ނުކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ!

for those who squander wastefully are satan's brothers, and satan is ever ungrateful to his lord.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، إسراف ކުރާ މީހުންނީ، شيطان ންގެ أخ ން ކަމުގައިވޫއެވެ. އަދި شيطان އާ، އޭނާގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް ވަރަށް ބޮޑަށް كافر ވާ ކަމުގައިވިއެވެ.

and give the relative his right, and [also] the poor and the traveler, and do not spend wastefully.
ގާތްތިމާގެ މީހާއަށް، އޭނާގެ حق ދޭށެވެ! އަދި مسكين އަށާއި، ދަތުރުވެރިޔާއަށްވެސްމެއެވެ. އަދި ގިނަގިނައިން إسراف ނުކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ!

before returning orphan's property to them, make sure that they have reached maturity. do not consume their property wastefully until such a time.
އަދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން يتيم ކުދިންގެ ގޮތް ބަލާށެވެ! އެކުދިން ކާވެނި ފުރާވަރަށް ދާނދެނެވެ. ފަހެ، (މުދަލާމެދުގައި) ބުއްދި ފުރިހަމަކަން އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ފެނިއްޖެނަމަ، އެއުރެންގެ މުދާތައް އެއުރެންނަށް ދޭށެވެ! އަދި، إسراف ގެ ގޮތުންނާއި، އެކުދިން ބޮޑެތި ވެދާނެތީ (ބިރުން) އަވަސްވެގަނެގެން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެ މުދާ ނުކާށެވެ! މުއްސަންޖަކު ކަމުގައި ވެއްޖެމީހާ، عفة ތެރި ވާހުށިކަމެވެ! (އެބަހީ: އެ މުދަލުގައި ނުޖެހޭ ހުށިކަމެވެ!) އަދި، فقير އަކުކަމުގައި ވެއްޖެމީހާ، ހެޔޮ ރަނގަޅު ގޮތުގައި (އެ މުދަލުން) ކާހުށިކަމެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ މުދާތައް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއުރެންނަށް ދޭހިނދު، އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހެކިކުރާށެވެ! حساب ބައްލަވަނިވި ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި اللَّه ފުދެއެވެ.

give the relatives their [due] right, and the needy and the traveller [as well], but do not squander wastefully.
ގާތްތިމާގެ މީހާއަށް، އޭނާގެ حق ދޭށެވެ! އަދި مسكين އަށާއި، ދަތުރުވެރިޔާއަށްވެސްމެއެވެ. އަދި ގިނަގިނައިން إسراف ނުކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ!

(iii) give to the near of kin his due, and also to the needy and the wayfarer. (iv) do not squander your wealth wastefully,
ގާތްތިމާގެ މީހާއަށް، އޭނާގެ حق ދޭށެވެ! އަދި مسكين އަށާއި، ދަތުރުވެރިޔާއަށްވެސްމެއެވެ. އަދި ގިނަގިނައިން إسراف ނުކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ!

and give to the kindred his due and to the miskin (poor) and to the wayfarer. but spend not wastefully (your wealth) in the manner of a spendthrift.
ގާތްތިމާގެ މީހާއަށް، އޭނާގެ حق ދޭށެވެ! އަދި مسكين އަށާއި، ދަތުރުވެރިޔާއަށްވެސްމެއެވެ. އަދި ގިނަގިނައިން إسراف ނުކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ!

and try orphans (as regards their intelligence) until they reach the age of marriage; if then you find sound judgement in them, release their property to them, but consume it not wastefully, and hastily fearing that they should grow up, and whoever amongst guardians is rich, he should take no wages, but if he is poor, let him have for himself what is just and reasonable (according to his work). and when you release their property to them, take witness in their presence; and allah is all-sufficient in taking account.
އަދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން يتيم ކުދިންގެ ގޮތް ބަލާށެވެ! އެކުދިން ކާވެނި ފުރާވަރަށް ދާނދެނެވެ. ފަހެ، (މުދަލާމެދުގައި) ބުއްދި ފުރިހަމަކަން އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ފެނިއްޖެނަމަ، އެއުރެންގެ މުދާތައް އެއުރެންނަށް ދޭށެވެ! އަދި، إسراف ގެ ގޮތުންނާއި، އެކުދިން ބޮޑެތި ވެދާނެތީ (ބިރުން) އަވަސްވެގަނެގެން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެ މުދާ ނުކާށެވެ! މުއްސަންޖަކު ކަމުގައި ވެއްޖެމީހާ، عفة ތެރި ވާހުށިކަމެވެ! (އެބަހީ: އެ މުދަލުގައި ނުޖެހޭ ހުށިކަމެވެ!) އަދި، فقير އަކުކަމުގައި ވެއްޖެމީހާ، ހެޔޮ ރަނގަޅު ގޮތުގައި (އެ މުދަލުން) ކާހުށިކަމެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ މުދާތައް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއުރެންނަށް ދޭހިނދު، އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހެކިކުރާށެވެ! حساب ބައްލަވަނިވި ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި اللَّه ފުދެއެވެ.
