this letter is to serve an official warning to you for the incident that happened on 15/07/2019 of yours on following terms: • causing disturbance in the mills environment, after consuming alcohol (outside the mills) and entering the mill's residential premises • misconduct with security personal at reliance spinning mills ltd- gate no. 1 at around 10:00pm we at reliance spinning mills ltd. endeavor to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for our employees. any behavior or actions that violate the comfort of employees shall be strictly dealt with. this action of yours has showed carelessness and irresponsibility. this letter is a warning against such future behavior. failure to comply with mills norms and disrupting its environment will lead to disciplinary action against you. i hope you’ll take it seriously and will make efforts to receive no more complaints. a copy of this warning will also be added to your employee record. for reliance spinning mills ltd.,
