(شرابِ طہور کے) جام چشموں سے پُر کرکے ان کے درمیان گردش کر رہے ہوں گے۔

and have sent down out of the rainclouds water cascading
اور بادلوں سے لگاتار بارش برسائی

and brought out of it its water and its pasture,
اس سے اس کا پانی اور اس کا چارا نکالا

lord, take us out of this and if we sin again, we shall certainly be unjust".
اے رب ہمارے ہم کو دوزخ سے نکال دے پھر اگر ہم ویسے ہی کریں تو ہم ظالم ہیں

and we sent down out of heaven water blessed, and caused to grow thereby gardens and grain of harvest
اور آسمان سے برکت والا پانی اُتارا اور اس سے باغ وبستان اُگائے اور کھیتی کا اناج

certainly not! they know quite well out of what we created them.
(ایسا) ہرگز نہ ہوگا۔ ہم نے انہیں اس (چیز) سے پیدا کیا ہے جسے وه جانتے ہیں

who has created all things well. and he originated the creation of man out of clay,
اس نے ہر چیز کو حسوُ کے ساتھ بنایا ہے اور انسان کی خلقت کا آغاز مٹی سے کیا ہے

he who appointed the earth to be a cradle for you, and therein threaded roads for you, and sent down water out of heaven, and therewith we have brought forth divers kinds of plants.
اس نے تمہارے لئے زمین کو گہوارہ بنایا ہے اور اس میں تمہارے لئے راستے بنائے ہیں اور آسمان سے پانی برسایا ہے جس کے ذریعہ ہم نے مختلف قسم کے نباتات کا جوڑا پیدا کیا ہے

and we sent down out of heaven water in measure and lodged it in the earth; and we are able to take it away.
اور آسمان سے ہم نے ٹھیک حساب کے مطابق ایک خاص مقدار میں پانی اتارا اور اس کو زمین میں ٹھیرا دیا ہم اُسے جس طرح چاہیں غائب کر سکتے ہیں

and indeed we created man (adam) out of an extract of clay (water and earth).
اور البتہ ہم نے انسان کومٹی کے خلاصہ سے پیدا کیا

if you were to ask them: ''who sends down water out of the sky and thereby revives the earth after it was dead' they will reply: 'allah' say: 'praise, belongs to allah' no, but most of them do not understand.
اور البتہ اگر تو ان سے پوچھے آسمان سے کس نے پانی اتارا پھر اس سے زمین کو اس کے مرنے کے بعد زندہ کیا کہیں گے الله نے کہہ دو سب تعریف الله ہی کے لیے ہے لیکن ان میں سے اکثر نہیں سمجھتے
