(5) the provisions for determining the world market price for unginned cotton should be maintained.
(5) dispoziţiile de stabilire a preţului pieţei mondiale pentru bumbac neegrenat ar trebui menţinute.

(f) the selling price of the unginned cotton by unit of weight, with the following specifications:
(f) preţul de vânzare al bumbacului neegrenat pe unitate de măsură, cu următoarele specificaţii:

- a guide price fixed for unginned cotton in accordance with article 3(1) and article 7, and
- preţul orientativ stabilit pentru bumbacul neegrenat în conformitate cu art. 3 alin. (1) şi art. 7,

(6) adequate controls must be set up in order to check the quantity of unginned community cotton entering each ginning plant.
(6) trebuie stabilite controale adecvate în scopul verificării cantităţii de bumbac comunitar neegrenat care ajunge la fiecare întreprindere de egrenat.

2. if the world market price for unginned cotton cannot be determined in accordance with paragraph 1, it shall be established on the basis of the most recent price determined.
(2) dacă preţul pieţei mondiale pentru bumbacul neegrenat nu poate fi stabilit în conformitate cu alin. (1), acesta se stabileşte pe baza celui mai recent preţ stabilit.

1. the commission shall determine the world price for unginned cotton in euro per 100 kilograms in the period running from 1 july before the start of the marketing year concerned to the following 31 march.
(1) comisia stabileşte preţul mondial pentru bumbacul neegrenat în eur pentru 100 kg în perioada cuprinsă între 1 iulie înainte de începutul anului comercial în cauză şi 31 martie din anul următor.

(b) the quantities of unginned cotton, ginned cotton, seed and cotton linters in stock on the first day of each month;
(b) cantităţile de bumbac neegrenat, bumbac fibră, seminţe şi fire scurte de bumbac în stoc în prima zi a fiecărei luni;
