4. during the reporting period, the secretariat received from member states the following national legislation acts: (a) the decree of 10 june 2010 determining the outer limit of the exclusive economic zone of the part of the kingdom of the netherlands situated in the caribbean; (b) resolution 478-08 of the national congress of the dominican republic adopting the convention, and the interpretative declarations authorized by article 310 of the convention; (c) maritime zones act 18 of 2010 of guyana; (d) decree no. 78-147 of the prime minister of france dated 3 february 1978, establishing, pursuant to the law of 16 july 1976, an economic zone off the coast of Île clipperton; (e) presidential decree no. 450 of ecuador concerning the publication of ministerial agreement 0081 of 12 july 2010 and nautical chart ioa 42, annexed thereto, which plots the maritime boundary between ecuador and peru and the outer maritime boundary -- southern segment -- of ecuador; (f) the list of geographical coordinates for the delimitation of the northern limit of the territorial sea and exclusive economic zone of the state of israel, july 2011; and (g) geographical coordinates of the 6 nautical mile, 12 nautical mile, 24 nautical mile and 200 nautical mile limits defining the maritime zones of liberia.

В течение отчетного периода Секретариат получил от государств-членов следующие национальные законодательные акты: а) указ от 10 июня 2010 года об определении внешней границы исключительной экономической зоны части Королевства Нидерланды в Карибском бассейне; b) резолюцию 47808 Национального конгресса Доминиканской Республики о принятии Конвенции и толковательных заявлениях, допускаемых статьей 310 Конвенции; с) акт 18 от 2010 года о морских зонах Гайаны; d) указ № 78147 Премьер-министра Франции от 3 февраля 1978 года об установлении сообразно с Законом от 16 июля 1976 года экономической зоны у побережья острова Клиппертон; е) указ № 450 Президента Эквадора об опубликовании соглашения министров 0081 от 12 июля 2010 года и прилагаемой к нему морской карты ioa 42, на которой обозначена морская граница между Эквадором и Перу и внешняя морская граница (южный сегмент) Эквадора; f) перечень географических координат точек, определяющих северную границу территориального моря и исключительной экономической зоны Государства Израиль, июль 2011 года; и g) географические координаты 6мильной, 12мильной, 24мильной и 200мильной границ, определяющих морские зоны Либерии.
