the lord is with us
napenda kitabu chake

thus the word of your lord is fulfilled concerning the transgressors that they shall not believe.
ndio kama hivyo kauli ya mola wako mlezi itakavyo wathibitikia wale walio potoka, ya kwamba hawatoamini.

the word of the lord is a lamp to my feet
ningependa njia zangu ziwe thabiti nizitii amri zako! 6ndipo ... 105neno lako ni taa ya mguu miguu yangu na mwanga wa njia yangu.

for the love of the lord is good
kupendwa raha asikwambie mtu

whichever of the two terms i fulfil, i trust that i shall not be wronged.
muda mmojapo nikiumaliza sitiwi ubayani.

and i shall not be a worshipper of that which ye have worshipped,
wala sitaabudu mnacho abudu.

"and i shall not worship that which you are worshipping.
wala sitaabudu mnacho abudu.

if so be ye have tasted that the lord is gracious.
kama yasemavyo maandiko matakatifu: "mmegundua kwamba bwana ni mwema."

i shall not cease to pray unto my god, for thou art my everything to me, until i am here.
sitoacha kukuomba mungu wangu, kwani wewe ndio kila kitu kwangu, mpaka hapa nilipo ni wewe tu bwana.

and i shall call on my lord; and i hope that i shall not be unblest in my invocation to my lord."
na ninamwomba mola wangu mlezi; asaa nisiwe mwenye kukosa bahati kwa kumwomba mola wangu mlezi.

wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the lord is.
kwa hiyo, msiwe wapumbavu, bali jaribuni kujua matakwa ya bwana.

surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and i shall dwell in the house of the lord for ever and ever.amen
hakika wema na fadhili zitanifuata siku zote za maisha yangu;nami nitakaa nyumbani mwa bwana milele.amina.

'then if they give you the lie, say: 'your lord is of unbounded mercy; but his punishment shall not be averted from the guilty folk.'
wakikukanusha basi wewe sema: mola mlezi wenu ni mwenye rehema iliyo enea. wala haizuiliki adhabu yake kwa watu wakhalifu.

and i will withdraw from you and what you call on besides allah, and i will call upon my lord; may be i shall not remain unblessed in calling upon my lord.
nami najitenga nanyi na hayo mnayo yaabudu badala ya mwenyezi mungu. na ninamwomba mola wangu mlezi; asaa nisiwe mwenye kukosa bahati kwa kumwomba mola wangu mlezi.

and my lord will set up in succession a people other than you, and ye shall not harm him at all, verily my lord is over everything a guardian.
na mola wangu mlezi atawaleta watu wengine badala yenu, wala nyinyi hamumdhuru kitu yeye. hakika mola wangu mlezi ni mwenye kuhifadhi kila kitu.

he said, 'yet thou shalt find me, if god will, patient; and i shall not rebel against thee in anything.'
akasema: inshaallah, mwenyezi mungu akipenda, utaniona mvumilivu, wala sitoasi amri yako.

abraham told his father, "i shall ask forgiveness for you only, but i shall not be of the least help to you before god".
mola wetu mlezi! juu yako tumetegemea, na kwako tumeelekea, na kwako ndio marejeo.

and your lord is forgiving, the lord of mercy; were he to punish them for what they earn, he would certainly have hastened the chastisement for them; but for them there is an appointed time from which they shall not find a refuge.
lau angeli wachukulia kwa mujibu waliyo yachuma, bila ya shaka angeli wafanyia haraka kuwaadhibu. lakini wanayo miadi ambayo hawatapata makimbilio yoyote ya kuepukana nayo.
