and see, for they are going to see.
Пас оқибаташонро бубин, онҳо низ хоҳанд дид.

are they not wont to see it?
Оё онро намедиданд?

nor are you going to serve him whom i serve:
ва шумо парастандаи чизе, ки ман мепарастам, нестед,

nor are you going to worship him whom i worship.
ва шумо парастандаи чизе, ки ман мепарастам, нестед,

this too is a blessed message that we revealed. are you going to deny it?
Ин муборак Қуръонест, ки нозил кардаем, Оё мункири он ҳастед?

and see [what will befall] them, for they are going to see.
Оқибаташонро бубин, онҳо низ хоҳанд дид.

and it was said to the people: "are you (too) going to assemble?
Ва мардумро гуфтанд: «Оё шумо низ ҷамъ меоед?

“so is this magic, or are you unable to see?”
Оё ин ҷодуст ё шумо намебинед?

are you, then, going to contend with him regarding what he sees with his eyes?
Оё дар он чӣ мебинад, бо Ӯ ҷидол (баҳс) мекунед?

are you going to compel the people to believe except by god's dispensation?
Бе хости Худо ҳеҷ касро нарасад, ки имон биёварад.

is this, then, any feat of magic or are you unable to see?
Оё ин ҷодуст ё шумо намебинед?

say, “it is revealed to me that your god is one god. are you going to submit?”
Бигӯ: «Ба ман ваҳй шуда, ки Худой шумо Худоест якто, оё ба Ӯ гардан мениҳед?»

if you were to see it, you would find it to be a great kingdom with great bounty.
Чун бингарӣ, ҳар чи бингари неъмат фаровон аст ва фармонравоии бузург.

but lo! i am going to send a present unto them, and to see with what (answer) the messengers return.
Ман ҳадяе наздашон мефиристам ва менигарам, ки қосидон чӣ ҷавоб меоваранд».

and surely i am going to send a present to them, and shall wait to see what (answer) do the apostles bring back.
Ман ҳадяе наздашон мефиристам ва менигарам, ки қосидон чӣ ҷавоб меоваранд».

or lest you say, "our forefathers associated others with god before our time, and we are only the descendants who came after them. so are you going to destroy us for what those inventors of falsehood did?"
Ё нагӯед, ки падарони мо пеш аз ин мушрик буданд ва мо насле будем баъд аз онҳо ва оё ба сабаби коре, ки гумроҳон карда буданд, моро ба ҳалокат мерасонӣ?

"but i am going to send him a present, and (wait) to see with what (answer) return (my) ambassadors."
Ман ҳадяе наздашон мефиристам ва менигарам, ки қосидон чӣ ҷавоб меоваранд».

just recall the time when your lord said to the angels, "i am going to appoint a vicegerent on the earth." they humbly enquired, "are you going to appoint such a one as will cause disorder and shed blood on the earth?
Ва чун Парвардигорат ба фариштагон гуфт: «Ман дар замин халифае меофаринам», гуфтанд: «Оё касеро меофарини, ки дар он ҷо фасод кунад ва хунҳо бирезад ва ҳол он ки мо ба ситоиши Ту тасбеҳ мегӯем ва Туро ба поки иқрор мекунем?».

a believing man from pharaoh's family, who had concealed his faith, said, “are you going to kill a man for saying, `my lord is god,’ and he has brought you clear proofs from your lord?
Ва марде мӯъмин аз хонадони Фиръавн, ки имонашро пинҳон дошта буд, гуфт: «Оё мардеро, ки мегӯяд, ки Парвардигори ман Худои яктост ва бо далелҳои равшан аз ҷониби Парвардигоратон омадааст, мекушед?

and even if you were to bring to the people of the scripture (jews and christians) all the ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they would not follow your qiblah (prayer direction), nor are you going to follow their qiblah (prayer direction). and they will not follow each other's qiblah (prayer direction).
Барои аҳли китоб ҳар бурҳону нишонае, ки биёвари, аз қиблаи ту пайравӣ нахоҳанд кард ва ту низ аз қиблаи онҳо пайравӣ намекунӣ ва онҳо ҳам худ пайравӣ қиблаи якдигар нахоҳанд буд.
