have these people not travelled through the land to make their hearts understand and let their ears hear; the truth is that it is not the eyes that are blind but the hearts that are in the bosoms that are blinded.
Оё дар замин сайр намекунанд, то соҳиби дилҳое гарданд, ки ба он ақл кунанд ва гӯшҳое, ки бо он бишнаванд? Зеро чашмҳо нестанд, ки кӯр мешаванд, балки дилҳое, ки дар синаҳо ҷой доранд, кӯр шаванд.

but as for he who is given his record in his left hand, he will say, "oh, i wish i had not been given my record
Аммо он кас, ки номаи аъмолашро ба дасти чапаш диҳанд, мегӯяд: «Эй кош,, номаи маро ба дасти ман намедоданд

it will be a day when the wrongdoer will bite his hands, saying, ‘i wish i had followed the apostle’s way!
Рӯзе, ки кофир дастони худро ба дандон газад ва гӯяд: «Эй кош, роҳеро, ки расул дар пеш гирифта буд дар роҳ гирифта будам.

Лут гуфт: «Кош дар баробари шумо қудрате медоштам ва метавонистам ба такягоҳе устувор паноҳ бибарам!»

but if bounty comes to you from allah, he will surely say, as if there had never been between you and him any affection. "oh, i wish i had been with them so i could have attained a great attainment."
Ва чун моле аз ҷониби Худо насибатон шавад, чунон ки гӯӣ миёнатон ҳеҷ гуна дӯстие набудааст, гӯяд; «Эй кош, ман низ бо онҳо мебудам ва ба фондае бузург даст меёфтам!»

we have warned you of a near punishment—the day when a person will observe what his hands have produced, and the faithless will say, “o, i wish i were dust.”
Мо шуморо аз азобе наздик метарсонем: рӯзе, ки одамӣ ҳар чиро пешопеш фиристодааст, менигарад ва кофир мегӯяд: «Эй кош, ман хок мебудам!»

and his fruits were encompassed [by ruin], so he began to turn his hands about [in dismay] over what he had spent on it, while it had collapsed upon its trellises, and said, "oh, i wish i had not associated with my lord anyone."
