Ва душманӣ аз гуфторашон ошкор аст ва он кина, ки дар дил доранд, бештар аст аз он чӣ ба забон меоваранд.

and give not short measure or weight: i see you in prosperity, but i fear for you the penalty of a day that will compass (you) all round.
Инак шуморо дар неъмат мебинам. Ва аз рӯзе, ки азобаш шуморо фурӯ гирад, бимнокам.

if they could overcome you, they would act as your foes and would hurt you by their hands and tongues, and would love to see you become unbelievers.

they are eager to see you in distress. hatred has already shown itself from their mouths, and what their breasts hide [within] is yet worse.
Ва душманӣ аз гуфторашон ошкор аст ва он кина, ки дар дил доранд, бештар аст аз он чӣ ба забон меоваранд.

when they have performed their prostration, let them go behind you, and let another party who have not prayed, pray with you, remaining on guard and keeping their arms, for the unbelievers love to see you heedless of your arms and your baggage so that they might swoop upon you in a surprise attack.

believers, let [even] those whom you rightfully possess, and those who are under age ask your leave on three occasions when they come in to see you: before the morning prayer, when you have taken off your garments in the heat of noon, and after the evening prayer.
