para sa akin, depende sa nagsasalita kung yung ingay ba na naririnig nila ay mag ko cause sa kanila ng breakdwon of communication. dahil para sa akin med on namang mga speaker na kahit sobrang ingay hindi sila nadidistract, nakakapagfocus padin sila ron sa kung ano yung gusto nilang ipaliwanag at medon din namang mga speaker na kapag nakakinig ng ingay ay hindi na sila makapag focus dun sa gusto nilang ipaliwanag.
