"ஃபிர்அவ்னிடம் நீர் செல்வீராக! நிச்சயமாக அவன் (வரம்பு) மீறி விட்டான்" (என்றும் அல்லாஹ் கூறினான்).

saying 'go to pharaoh, he has become exceedingly insolent,
"நீர் ஃபிர்அவ்னிடம் செல்லும், நிச்சயமாக அவன் வரம்பு மீறி விட்டான்."

and the foolish among us were wont to forge lie against allah exceedingly.
"ஆனால் நம்மில் மூடராகிவிட்ட (சிலர்) அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது தகாத வார்த்தைகளை சொல்லிக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர்.

and the 'ad, they were destroyed by a furious wind, exceedingly violent;
இன்னும், ஆது கூட்டத்தாரோ பேரொலியோடு வேகமாகச் சுழன்று அடித்த கொடுங்காற்றினால் அழிக்கப்பட்டனர்.

indeed your lord is exceedingly bountiful to mankind. yet most of them do not give thanks.
இன்னும் நிச்சயமாக உம் இறைவன் மனிதர்கள் மீது மிக்க கிருபையுடையவனாகவே இருக்கின்றான்; ஆனால் அவர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் நன்றி செலுத்துவதில்லை.

and surely we have explained matters to people in the qur'an in diverse ways, using all manner of parables. but man is exceedingly contentious.
இன்னும், நிச்சயமாக நாம் இந்த குர்ஆனில் ஒவ்வோர் உதாரணத்தையும் மனிதர்களுக்காக விளக்கியுள்ளோம். எனினும் மனிதன் அதிகமாகத் தர்க்கம் செய்பவனாகவே இருக்கின்றான்.

and who gave you all that you asked him for. were you to count the favours of allah you shall never be able to encompass them. verily man is highly unjust, exceedingly ungrateful.
(இவையன்றி) நீங்கள் அவனிடம் கேட்ட யாவற்றிலிருந்தும் அவன் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தான்; அல்லாஹ்வின் அருட்கொடைகளை நீங்கள் கணிப்பீர்களாயின் அவற்றை நீங்கள் எண்ணி முடியாது! நிச்சயமாக மனிதன் மிக்க அநியாயக்காரனாகவும், மிக்க நன்றி கெட்டவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

we announced to the children of israel in the book: "you will surely create disorder twice in the land, and become exceedingly arrogant."
நாம் இஸ்ராயீலின் சந்ததியினருக்கு (முன்னறிவிப்பாக தவ்ராத்) வேதத்தில்; "நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள் பூமியில் இருமுறை குழப்பம் உண்டாக்குவீர்கள்; (அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு வழிபடாது) ஆணவத்துடன், பெரும் அழிச்சாட்டியங்கள் செய்பவர்களாக நடந்து கொள்வீர்கள்" என்று அறிவித்தோம்.

they said, ‘o noah, you have disputed with us already, and you have disputed with us exceedingly. now bring us what you threaten us with, should you be truthful.
(அதற்கு) அவர்கள், "நூஹே! நிச்சயமாக நீர் எங்களுடன் தர்க்கம் செய்தீர்; அதிகமாகவே நீர் எங்களுடன் தர்க்கம் செய்தீர். எனவே, நீர் உண்மையாளராக இருந்தால், எங்களுக்கு நீர் வாக்களிப்பதை எங்களிடம் கொண்டு வாரும்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.

allah it is who made the earth a dwelling place for you and made the sky a canopy, who shaped you -- and shaped you exceedingly well -- and gave you good things as sustenance. that is allah, your lord; blessed be allah, the lord of the universe.
அல்லாஹ்தான் உங்களுக்கு இப்பூமியைத் தங்குமிடமாகவும், வானத்தை ஒரு விதானமாகவும் உண்டாக்கியிருக்கிறான்; மேலும், அவன் தான் உங்களை உருவாக்கி, உங்கள் உருவங்களை அழகாக்கி, சிறந்த ஆகார வசதிகளையும் அளித்தான்; அவன்தான் அல்லாஹ்; உங்களுடைய இறைவன்; அகிலதாருக்கெல்லாம் இறைவனாகிய அல்லாஹ் மிக பாக்கியமுடையவன்.
