but when we removed the plague from them till a term which they should attain lo! they broke (the promise).

do they not see how god originates creation, then reverts it back? this is indeed how inevitably the law of god works;
அல்லாஹ் எவ்வாறு முதலில் படைப்பைத் துவங்கிப் பிறகு (அதனை எவ்வாறு) தன்பால் மீட்டுகிறான் என்பதை அவர்கள் பார்க்கவில்லையா? நிச்சயமாக இது அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு மிகவும் சுலபம்.

and there is life for you in (the law of) retaliation, o men of understanding, that you may guard yourselves.
நல்லறிவாளர்களே! கொலைக்குப் பழி தீர்க்கும் இவ்விதியின் மூலமாக உங்களுக்கு வாழ்வுண்டு (இத்தகைய குற்றங்கள் பெருகாமல்) நீங்கள் உங்களை(த் தீமைகளில் நின்று) காத்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.

are they so envious of others for what god has given them of his bounty? so we had given the book and the law to abraham's family, and given them great dominion.
