(அவ்வாறே) அவன் அவர்களுக்குத் தன் அருட்கொடையிலிருந்து வழங்கியபோது, அதில் அவர்கள் உலோபித்தனம் செய்து, அவர்கள் புறக்கணித்தவர்களாக பின் வாங்கிவிட்டனர்.

but when he gave them from his bounty, they were stingy with it and turned away while they refused.
(அவ்வாறே) அவன் அவர்களுக்குத் தன் அருட்கொடையிலிருந்து வழங்கியபோது, அதில் அவர்கள் உலோபித்தனம் செய்து, அவர்கள் புறக்கணித்தவர்களாக பின் வாங்கிவிட்டனர்.

but when he gave them out of his grace, they became niggardly of it and they turned back and they withdrew.
(அவ்வாறே) அவன் அவர்களுக்குத் தன் அருட்கொடையிலிருந்து வழங்கியபோது, அதில் அவர்கள் உலோபித்தனம் செய்து, அவர்கள் புறக்கணித்தவர்களாக பின் வாங்கிவிட்டனர்.

do not think that allah will break the promise he gave to his messengers. mighty is allah, and vengeful.
ஆகவே, அல்லாஹ் தன் தூதர்களுக்கு அளித்த தன் வாக்குறுதியில் மாறு செய்வான் என்று (நபியே!) நீர் எண்ண வேண்டாம் - நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் (யாவரையும்) மிகைத்தவனாகவும், பழிவாங்குபவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

then he gave it proper shape and blew his spirit in it. he made ears, eyes and hearts for you, but you give him very little thanks.
பிறகு அவன் அதைச் சரி செய்து, அதனுள்ளே தன் ரூஹிலிருந்தும் ஊதினான் - இன்னும் உங்களுக்கு அவன் செவிப்புலனையும், பார்வைப் புலன்களையும், இருதயங்களையும் அமைத்தான்; (இருப்பினும்) நீங்கள் நன்றி செலுத்துவது மிகச் சொற்பமேயாகும்.

he gave you whatsoever you asked. if you try to count the favours of god you will not be able to calculate. man is most unjust indeed, full of ingratitude.
(இவையன்றி) நீங்கள் அவனிடம் கேட்ட யாவற்றிலிருந்தும் அவன் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தான்; அல்லாஹ்வின் அருட்கொடைகளை நீங்கள் கணிப்பீர்களாயின் அவற்றை நீங்கள் எண்ணி முடியாது! நிச்சயமாக மனிதன் மிக்க அநியாயக்காரனாகவும், மிக்க நன்றி கெட்டவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

and if they seek defrauding thee, then they have defrauded allah before, yet he gave thee power over them; and allah is knowing, wise.
(நபியே!) அவர்கள் உமக்கு மோசம் செய்ய நாடினால் (கவலைப்படாதீர்); இதற்கு முன்னர் அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்கே மோசம் செய்யக் கருதினார்கள்; (ஆதலால் தான் அவர்களைச் சிறை பிடிக்க) அவர்கள் மீது உமக்கு சக்தியை அவன் அளித்தான். அல்லாஹ் (எல்லாம்) அறிபவனாகவும், ஞானமுடையவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

and allah has brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers-- you did not know anything-- and he gave you hearing and sight and hearts that you may give thanks.
உங்கள் மாதாக்களின் வயிறுகளிலிருந்து நீங்கள் ஒன்றுமே அறியாதவர்களாக இருந்த நிலையில் உங்களை அல்லாஹ் வெளிப்படுத்துகிறான்; அன்றியும் உங்களுக்குச் செவிப்புலனையும், பார்வைகளையும், இதயங்களையும் - நீங்கள் நன்றி செலுத்தும் பொருட்டு - அவனே அமைத்தான்.

(we do so) that you may not grieve over the loss you suffer, nor exult over what he gave you. allah does not love the vainglorious, the boastful,
உங்களை விட்டுத் தவறிப்போன ஒன்றின் மீது நீங்கள் துக்கப்படாமல் இருக்கவும், அவன் உங்களுக்கு அளித்தவற்றின் மீது நீங்கள் (அதிகம்) மகிழாதிருக்கவும் (இதனை உங்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ் அறிவிக்கிறான்); கர்வமுடையவர்கள், தற்பெருமை உடையவர்கள் எவரையும் அல்லாஹ் நேசிப்பதில்லை.

and he gave you all that you had asked him. if you enumerate allah’s blessings, you will not be able to count them. indeed man is most unfair and ungrateful!
(இவையன்றி) நீங்கள் அவனிடம் கேட்ட யாவற்றிலிருந்தும் அவன் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தான்; அல்லாஹ்வின் அருட்கொடைகளை நீங்கள் கணிப்பீர்களாயின் அவற்றை நீங்கள் எண்ணி முடியாது! நிச்சயமாக மனிதன் மிக்க அநியாயக்காரனாகவும், மிக்க நன்றி கெட்டவனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

allah is he who created you from a state of weakness then he gave strength after weakness, then ordained weakness and hoary hair after strength; he creates what he pleases, and he is the knowing, the powerful.
அல்லாஹ் தான் உங்களை (ஆரம்பத்தில்) பலஹீனமான நிலையில் படைக்கிறான்; பலஹீனத்திற்குப் பின்னர், அவனே பலத்தை(யும் உங்களுக்கு)உண்டாக்குகிறான்; (அந்தப்) பலத்திற்குப் பின், பஹீனத்தையும் நரையையும் அவனே உண்டாக்குகிறான்; தான் நாடியதை அவன் படைக்கிறான் - அவனே எல்லாம் அறிந்தவன் பேராற்றலுடையவன்.

a hungry fox once looked everywhere for food.he couldn't find anything until he stumbled upon a farmers wall .he saw big purple grapes he jumped as high as possible to reach the grapes .no matter how many times he tried he failed finally he gave up and went home thinking to himself that the grapes must have been sour anyway
